We threw a hotel party for our 7-yo son on Tuesday and they got the order perfect! The food was amazing and the service was quick.
Had pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni, side salad, breaded mushrooms and strawberry cheesecake. Pizza was very good, nice crust, lots of cheese. Mushrooms and salad were also good. I would skip the cheesecake next time.

Pizza is great in the store. It is still pretty good when delivered, but loses a lot of quality in delivery. Also, the delivery drivers are VERY rude. Their rudeness is enough to make me not want to order from this restaurant any more.

We came for a Steelers game from Los Angeles so naturally we tried a ton of places in Pittsburgh and this place by far was our favorite. Nice clean place and only thing better than the food was the service. Very reasonable prices for good quality food Great experience we will definitely be coming

Despite explaining the dietary restrictions, I was met with a firm no. Upon inquiring further, I was told that the refusal was due to concerns about cheese possibly sliding onto the cheese-free half during baking. Although I assured them that a slight overlap would be acceptable and suggested cutting the pizza accordingly to avoid any issues, the representative was unyielding and unhelpful.This experience was disheartening, especially since Pizza Milano had accommodated such requests in the past. The unwillingness to cater to dietary restrictions displayed a lack of understanding and compassion for customers with allergies, which is quite disappointing. Moreover, the explanation about the shift in service due to new staff was unsatisfactory. Upon inquiring, the explanation was vague and unconvincing - I was told that the cheese could slide over to the other half, which I assured wouldn't be an issue and they could cut the pizza from wherever the cheese stops. Persisting, I called back hoping for a better resolution, only to be informed again that accommodating our request was off the table. The reasoning? "New workers, new way of service." This shift in service ethos was not only disappointing but also insensitive to customers with genuine dietary restrictions. The individual handling our call lacked the empathy and willingness to assist, which was quite disheartening. It's essential for eateries to understand and cater to the diverse dietary needs of their patrons, and it seems like Pizza Milano has lost sight of this customer-centric approach. Our experience was a stark reminder that a change in staff can lead to a change in service quality and customer satisfaction. Pizza Milano, unfortunately, failed to live up to the accommodating and understanding establishment we once knew.
