“A nice, clean, unpretentious neighborhood place in Dormont, where a friend of mine and I have enjoyed gyros and sandwiches several times, usually before or after a movie at the Hollywood Theater next door. Consistently, the food is good, the service prompt/friendly, and the prices are reasonable.“
“My partner's family is Polish and requires a lot of very specific tube meat and other foods for Polish celebrations ... whose names I cannot spell nor pronounce. But if have a hankering for kizka the week before next week's Wigilia celebration where you go wild with cracking the opłatek, well this is the place for you.Bonus info: In the 'Burgh, you can usually get Easter butter lambs at Kuhns and Shop and Saves in the area.“
“Very impressed with my time at Starlite. I heard they have the best fish fry Friday and that is an understatement. Absolutely freaking incredible fish sandwich. The waitresses are so nice and never stop working. Pro tip: make a reservation! And do it ahead of time. If they get too slammed (which is a lot) they will turn the phones off. Just a great vibe all around. Wish I lived closer but next time I'm over here, I'll be back!“
“I stopped by pierogies Plus about twice a month when I'm over in McKees rocks area they have a walk-up window you place your order you wait for them to complete your order it's usually between 5 and 7 minutes but the wait it is worth it the food is fresh and hot but you must take it to go I really like the hunters Stew.Parking: There's approximately about eight parking spaces in the lot and then there's street parking at the curb“
“I was visiting Pittsburgh for the first time with my siblings and we knew we wanted to try some Famous Pittsburgh Pierogis! When we walked into Cop Out Pierogies we were greeted with smiles and such welcoming people! Thank you for the amazing pierogis! We are so excited to cook up the frozen ones we bought! Your insight into Pittsburgh and all the places we should go while visiting was fantastic! Will be visiting again if ever in Pittsburgh! My only question is... Are you available to ship frozen Pierogis?!“
