Our waitress this evening was CASSIE. She was very courteous, smiling and attentive. She reminded us that it was STILL happy hour and encourages us to try the Primanti Red Ale. It was delicious. Her smile was contagious.

On Saturday 4/20 me and my wife placed an order and we waited 45 minutes to get our order. When we got home to realize it wasn’t our order. When I called back she told me to bring order back and I told her I wouldn’t because it was too far. She finally asked my name and my email and they would reimburse me my money but I’d have to wait 24 to 48 hours. I called back and finally got a hold of Heather from the pleasant hills location. She was fantastic and when I showed her the receipt for the wrong order she corrected it and gave me the right order! It just goes to show if you have the right people working for you it makes your establishment look great! Thank you!

I'm giving 1 star due to the fact that I patiently waited this 4/20 for a table and food and after spending 3 hours at the location I didn't even receive the food I ordered. I was told the wait would be 30 min it was 1 hour and 10min, I wanted the buy one sandwich and get one for a few pennies but I didn't receive the to go sandwich. I don't usually go to this location and I think that in the future I will not be headed there again.

Went yesterday with my son after doctors appointments, the food was pretty good my 2 year old are an entire adult cheeseburger without second thought so he gives that 5 stars, I ended up eating his kids mac and cheese, which was subpar tasted like it was microwaved. The fries were amazing. Lemonade tasted like water not worth getting. The service was absolutely trash though. It was a Tuesday at noon and there were probably only 5 other tables in when we came in 3 already eating and 2 that followed us, there were probably 5 or 6 servers. Took 10 minutes plus to get out drinks, tjen halfway through our server disappeared and someone else started waiting on us. Adult meals are worth it kids meals are like a second thought. Servers really need to be better though if it was busy I would understand but it definitely was not busy.

Took my sister to primanti for her first sit in experience, she enjoyed the food and service. Wants to go back foe their fried zucchini.

This place is always so crowded that if you order food to go, it will never be ready when you go to pick it up, and the food is already cold by the time the overworked servers can get it to you. They need to hire more servers, it's not the fault of the staff.One positive of the food taking a while is you get to have a seat at the bar and drink a beer while you're waiting, which is like a vacation to this new dad... Ha!Kid-friendliness: They offer cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, etc, for kids. They come with fries, apple sauce or diced peaches, and your choice of a drink for them. Decent value for ~$5

I work very close to this Primantis, so lunch here is a must!! They were way busier than I thought they would be for lunchtime tbh but we had no problem getting a table. We ordered Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fries, 5 Boneless wings with Buffalo sauce and a side of fries, and Reuben Sandwich. Fries were amazing, I love how they cook their fries. The wings were pretty good, I was really craving boneless wings for some reason lol. My sister got the Reuben and she said the sauce was just phenomenal! The service was a little slow but nothing terrible.
A little loud - but overall great evening. Server, Zoe was very attentive and personable… made our dinner even better with her friendly conversations!

Skip this place, go to Arby's. They were out of pepper jack macaroni bites and pastrami. Waitress said I can give you double corned beef so, sure ok. We got the bill and she charged us!!! Why are we paying for something that is YOUR mistake? This is a SANDWICH place. Why did it take almost 30 mins for sandwiches. It's meat, slaw, fries and bread. On top of that fries were old and cold and sandwich was super dry. Lastly, the drunk duck said sprite in it and there was definitely no Sprite. NEVER again. Pretty sad because my husband was excited to bring us here because it was very good at another location. Be consistent across the board please. I'd feel better about giving you my hard earned money.
