First time I have visited this restaurant/tavern. Service was outstanding!!!!!! Our server, RaeAnne, took very good care of our party, and we were there for 3 + hours. Nachos appetizers were good, not necessarily the best that I have ever had, but pretty good!!!!!!! Beverages could have been checked on to be refilled a little more often, but this is a minor issue. My Hoagie was well stocked with good ingredients, but the bun appeared not to be toasted, as I had requested. The dressing used on the hoagie was tasteless and bland and thus very disappointing ? ? ?. It was DEFINITELY NOT the best hoagie or tavern sandwich that I have ever had, I have had better, and I am not even referencing other hoagie shops, the old "Grotto" down in beautiful downtown West View had a better hoagie when it was open and Uncle Keith was the cook down there. There are several others in the tavern businesses in the North Hills and on Camp Horne that do a better job. In fact, the hoagie was bland.Oh well, everyone deserves a SECOND CHANCE, sooooo, I will try something else when I visit the next time. Time to up your game on this sandwich ? Rochester Inn!!!!!See you then the next time, but again, the service was awesome. Maybe the next time I review the Rochester Inn, I can recommend a particular dish or meal.Wheelchair accessibility: One of our party was wheelchair bound, and the facilities were adequate, but could be better relative to spacing of hightops in the bar, in order to facilitate access to the back room.

The food is good, big portions and served quickly. But the service was lackluster. Our order was taken and our drinks and food delivered quick enough. But no one asked us if we wanted more drinks. And then we waited for a box while our server rolled some silverware and talked with the staff. When we finally got the box we had to call out after our server to get a dessert order as she walked away. Felt like we were being rushed out of the booth.

You get so much food for your money! It was great too! Our broccoli was a lil cold. However, the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the carrot cake slice was like the size of your face! I was there with a party of about 15 and our waiter was super friendly, professional, and handled it like a breeze. I wish I could remember his name... smh. 2/25 Young guy, dark brown hair and mustache. Televisions all over the place, nice sized bar area... super casual. I haven't been there for live music, but I imagine it's great on top of everything else.

We used to love going here to eat but recently the food has not been what it used to be. We went last week and I had a steak salad and the meat tasted sour and when we asked the server we were told it's the new marinade or way the cook was preparing the steak. I gave it a chance and ate a few more bites of the steak which I regretted because not even 45 minutes later I was so sick to my stomach and vomiting. A few friends of mine have said they had the steak in either salad or fajitas and they all have gotten sick as well. Really disappointed as like I said this used to be our go to place

Solid food (good beer selection), good service and good atmosphere… I think they just added more TVs in the bar area? Might be the place to catch some March Madness action!Parking: Lots of parking in the main lot, plus the additional lot.
Been here a total of three times. They have a really decent steak and baked potato. But the burger and chicken Parmesan left a lot to be desired. Doesn't help they included a ton of condiments on my burger after having asked for it to be plain. Then put it on a new bun after the burger was already ruined. Plus, the burger had a strange smokey flavor to it that was very unpleasant.Service has always been good. Seems like a fun little bar. I'm just disappointed the food on two occasions was so low-quality.
