Great food, service, and ambiance. Margo was our server; she’s super friendly and fast. I had the shrimp and grits and my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles. Both were delicious. I highly recommend Revel. We will be back!

Would recommend for any event! We had my bridal shower here and it was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond. Trevor was amazing!

Last week we held a bridal shower for our daughter at the Roost! We had 65 people attend, and I had to do all of the planning from out of state. Their account manager and my event liaison, McCall Murray, was easy to work with, conscientious and cared deeply about the outcome of the event. We worked on a special menu together that was EXACTLY what I was looking for and a floor layout that met all of our needs. The space was absolutely beautiful, the food was truly exceptional (thanks chef), and their service team led by Trevor was second to none. Honestly I am incredibly particular, and there is truly nothing that I can offer them feedback on! (Ok wait, I know, order some water goblets!).My sincerest thanks and gratitude for making the ENTIRE experience so easy, and for helping to make memories that will last a lifetime for our family!

Have attended many events at Roost over the past few months, notably the comedian Jeff Leeson played at Roost and was amazing and then a month or so later The Wailers played a concert there! I can't wait to see what Roost does next!

We spent the evening at the attached Hilton Garden and decided to try the Revel for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. We both had what was equivalent to a Breakfast Smile. Price was $14x2. Both the potato chunks and two slices of bacon were deep fried. I would give a zero on the presentation, although it was edible. We had higher expectations for a restaurant attached to a Hilton, even when having a basic breakfast.

We arrived for our reservation and were told the table wasn’t yet ready. As we waited for about a half hour we noticed it was because the table we were waiting for was still covered in dirty dishes and waiting a long time for their credit cards to be taken. If you know you have another party coming in, you should be taking care of turning that table over. The hostess finally had to take care of their payment and clean the table. The only other person we saw was a busser, I believe, who was clearing the table a couple glasses at a time with no tray. When we finally sat down, we waited at least a half hour with not one acknowledgment from any server or employee. We finally got up and left. A manager was nowhere to be found. As we walked back to our hotel to try to find a place to eat for our large party at 9:30pm, the manager called and asked us to come back and she would ensure we were well taken care of. We declined. You can tell when a restaurant is either poorly staffed or poorly run and this appeared to be both. The only person who was working hard to take care of customers was the hostess who was very apologetic. I do not recommend this place when there are so many other good restaurants in the city.

Family stop by for Sunday Bruch on the way to the Christmas Market. My son really enjoyed his chicken and waffles with hot sauce. My wife’s breakfast sandwich was good but not great, a little over priced ($15.00) for what it was. Finally my smoked salmon bagel was good with the potential to be great. The salmon was fresh and delicious especially with the pickled onions. However, when you have to open your bagel to confirm whether it was toasted and if cream cheese was on it, the answer is self evident. My wife and I got breakfast potatoes which were not greasy and definitely delicious . The server did a good job of keeping us happy and was attentive of our needs.

This is an amazing venue for any special occasion. The food was delicious and the room was incredible. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly. Parking is right next door at the Hilton Garden Inn parking garage. This is a very popular parking garage. Don't give up! Keep going up to find a parking spot. Ample parking on floor 10 and 11. Elevators will take you to the Roost.

Not sure what happened but what a change from a year ago. The menu is very limited and way to trendy and expensive. The manager on duty, a young women just stood sipping her drink at the end of the bar chatting with the kitchen staff as the bartender, Jeremy *who was great) struggled to keep up with his tickets. His bar was full plus he had to fill the drinks for the tables. I heard him ask for some assistance and the Mgr walked way never to reappear. There was t any control at the door and a large group from a wedding just flooded the place. I felt bad for the staff and appalled by the lack of mgmt .

Beautiful venue, great drinks and food. Need more places like this in the area! Parking is also convenient as there is a parking garage attached. Highly recommended!

I like to stay at Hilton Garden and this is connected to them. I went for breakfast and ending up ordering a la carte. The selection was poor and over priced. The service was great. The food good. Eggs and toast and coffee. The price high.

My wife and I had brunch here on a Saturday in Pittsburgh. The Revel space is nice enough nothing terribly fancy. The menu is pretty simple. Not many choices. My wife had the Brisket Benedict and this dish was excellent. Highly recommend this dish. I had the shrimp and grits and it was a real disappointment. Biggest issue was the grits dry instead of being creamy. We had one coffee and one hot tea. Service was not bad. This Brunch with tip cost us $51.

I was there for a Salsa Dance Event, therefore I can't comment on the details, but the facility is very nice and trendy.
