a huge thank you to Roxanne Catering - the food for our summer event was soooo delicious! Because of hosting i didn't get a chance to sit down and eat last night, so I woke up the next morning starving ..but....OMG.....I started eating and I can 10000% see why everyone was loving the food and requested to go containers too! :) It is beyond good!!! That bacon was the perfect cut, the fried chicken and fish were delicious, the cheesesteak slider (im about to eat my other now!!!) and if those red velvet waffles weren't a perfect balance....I mean even the cantaloupe was perfectly sweet and ripe!! Awesome, awesome job! and thank you again!
