For 76$ I got way too many onions on my plate that were uncooked. The portions were pretty minimal. Again for the price I expected a little more compared to the competitors around you. Definitely will be heading elsewhere next time.

I go there from time to time as the kids love to watch the cook's presentation, but this last time it was way below expectation with him barely interacting with the customers, and then unevenly distributing the food. I got zero broccoli on my plate. My daughter got two little pieces. Other patrons got most of it. The same happened to the protein. I don't expect the distribution to ever be perfect, but it was way off and unacceptable.

Great place. The room temperature is somewhat cold but not unbearable. The show and did for hibachi is fantastic. If going for a birthday make sure you let your host know, you have to pay for the birthday dessert/sparkler candle. If you don't ask, they don't do it.
Nice novelty to enjoy with friends and family. The chefs put on a nice show and are friendly. The food tastes good, but I always overdone if you like things more rare. I am sure it is tough to make things to order on a super grill where things get all jumbled up, but either case, it still tastes good.
The food was great. Our chief was not the most enthusiastic. The waitress was very attentive.

The gentleman at the front desk has horrible customer service. When asked was my order ready he said no, only to see me my order sitting right in front of him. Then told me it was not mine just to ask someone else to confirm, they said yes. He handed me my food and just walked away. Overall just not good etiquette.

we came here for my sister and grandmas birthday. we waited about a little over an hour before our cook came out to start making our food and there were only two tables in the entire restruant.. the food was pretty good but after a lot of our party felt sick and one person actually did end up getting sick. not sure if i was from the food but im guessing. we have all been here before but it was months ago so maybe going down hill?
