Went during a week day when it isn't as busy. The staff is incredible. Abbey our waitress took care of us non stop and made sure we always had what we needed. Ethan our bartender let us sample what we wanted and gave us descriptions of the beers. Kanye was great conversation, friendly and always checked in to make sure our duck pin bowling lane was working. Even when our machine glitched, he added time and got us a new lane. A+ from the whole staff, loved the experience.

Love is The Cure !

The concept is nice and the space is large. Food was too salty and quick to come out, so definitely made ahead of time and heated. They included tip without saying it was included. I ordered at the bar and separately through a server. Both added tip, didn't give an itemized receipt, and put the credit card machine with the total in front of my face asking for additional tip. This is a very shady business practice. Do better.

We go for the duck pin bowling! It’s a blast! My boys and I love it. Great father son time! The food, it’s not that it’s bad but it’s not a very broad menu. Just 3 different meats offered in a few options like tacos, on top of nachos, or a burger. Nothing that would be considered “kids food” which is difficult to feed my kids. So we eat before we go. Consider adding one or two “kid friendly” items to accommodate family time, or a play date so that two single parents can have a date while the children be children. Idk, just an idea. You guys are awesome, though!!Kid-friendliness: Lots of arcade & video games if they get bored with the duck pin bowling!!

As you may know, your company attracts a diverse audience, including individuals from various parts of the world, such as India. Many of these individuals come to the United States for work opportunities or educational pursuits. However, due to their temporary status or unique circumstances, they may not always possess a state ID provided by the US government. In such cases, individuals often rely on their Indian driver's license as a primary form of identification. I would like to kindly request your consideration in accepting an Indian driver's license as valid proof of age for accessing your entertainment services. Indian driver's licenses are internationally recognized and serve as a reliable form of identification in many contexts.By accepting Indian driver's licenses, you would not only accommodate a significant portion of your international audience but also demonstrate inclusivity and understanding of the diverse backgrounds of your customers.I am confident that by making this adjustment to your age verification policies, you will enhance the accessibility and appeal of your entertainment services to a broader.Looking forward to your positive response… ;)

Fun spot to hang out and play games. Family friendly - we went to spend time before a Pens game. While we didn’t try the food, the drinks were great. They even made us cherry cokes old school style. The staff was friendly and the vibe was fun. Will definitely be back!Parking: Parking garage 2 blocks away. No games for Pirates or Steelers going on, so empty and only $5.Kid-friendliness: Nice play during the day to play games and hang out.

I came to this establishment hoping to have a good time with friends to celebrate a friends birthday. When we arrived, having never been there before, we were unsure of where to go. We first walked through the doors expecting to be greeted and directed where to go, that did not happen. The service we received was rude and short, the employees did not care to give us the time of day, the employee who directed us where to go was rude, the employee who checked us in was bothered by our presence and the employee who came to take our order was short and couldn’t be bothered to actually talk to us, his words were rushed with attitude behind them. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience which is unfortunate because the building seems very nice and bowling was enjoyable.

This establishment needs to learn how to prioritize the customer. Came in here 2/10/24 to try and spend a decent amount of money on drinks for my friends and I. I have never been here before, so I was looking forward to giving it a try. Upon arrival, I get immediate attitude from one of the bouncers. Seemed to have some kind of ego problem / did not seem like he wanted to be there. Told me I had to get my hand stamped, then sent me to the wrong area. The employee in this area was even worse! Looked at me like I had 5 heads. Neither of these gentlemen told me where to go and had extreme attitudes during this process. I matched their energy and they decided not to let me in and told me to leave. Very unprofessional. Thought this place was all about “a good atmosphere” and “positive vibes”. These employees are none of the above! Will not be returning to this establishment nor will any of my friends/family.

Not much of a menu. Nothing for the kids to eat. Wasn't impressed ?

Very cool spot on the North Shore. Very versatile. You can go during the day on a weekend with your kids to have lunch and enjoy duck pin bowling (I saw kids from age 2 and up having a blast), old school arcade games, shuffleboard, Jenga, cornhole and air hockey. Or, head out for the evening with your significant other or friends to enjoy cocktails and a great vibe. The food was pretty good but the menu is very limited. They also have a few non-alcoholic drinks as well if you aren’t a drinker. The games were pretty pricey, which may be a big turnoff for a lot of people. Overpriced in my opinion. The hostess and the greeter were very welcoming, but our waitress seem uninterested and didn’t seem familiar with the menu. All in all, we will go back next time we are looking for something to do in the city and have lots of extra cash. Kaching!

We just tried Shorty's out for the first time, and it's a really cool place. The food was good, and the atmosphere was awesome. This is a very well designed place, with a cool concept. It is definitely kid friendly, there were plenty of small kids playing duck pin. The service was ok at best, we had a young lady as our server and she didn't seem to be into her job. I recommend checking this place out.
