So I have to say that I loved the food at Sichuan Gourmet, but the wait for the food was ridiculous. (One hour) People that came in after us were served before us, and we were served before people that were there before us. Great food and prices were reasonable. The service was less than ideal though... It took them an hour and a half to get the order in because they forgot it and then went back on their word to strike it from the bill. Food was delicious and I'd highly recommend it, but they need to work on they customer service. Things happen and I get it, but needing to wait for your food after everyone else at the table has already finished eating, and then saying you'll strike it from the bill...read full review
