The porkchop was literally the best I've ever had in my life! All the foods were so inventive and delicious. My husband has the bolognese and it was so tasty! We would gladly love to go back again soon!

Very nice meal and environment to help us enjoy an anniversary. The staff were attentive and informative, and food and drink delivery was discreet. We never felt pushed but always supported. The food itself was tasty! Would love to return and try more dishes. I was not sure how to finish off my espresso from its tiny affagato pitcher (I chugged it!). I am grateful for the opportunity to dine at Spork, I think you would be, too.

Me and my boyfriend went here for our anniversary dinner and it was absolutely fantastic! They started us off with champagne and throughout the dining experience they brought small bites throughout your meal that were all delicious. The service was attentive and we felt very pampered through the whole experience. We ordered the pork cheek, lamb and fried chicken and they were all delicious. The cocktails were also fantastic. I highly recommend coming here for any special occasion, you will not be disappointed!

What sets this place apart is the farm to table ingredients and truly special preparations; which creates dishes that are so dynamic and interesting. The team works with small producers, grows some of their own produce + herbs, and mills their own grain for house made bread. My favorite sip was the "So Long Frankie Louise" cocktail and my favorite bite was the homemade bread roll.When you get a reservation here expect out of this world food & service plus:- Truly great alcohol free options including mocktails, zero proof beer & wine Surprise bites throughout your meal.- Lots of choice & small plates - great for the table to try a little of a variety of dishes.- This is such a unique spot to book for that special occasion.Definitely go hungry and be prepared to be well nourished!

With the exception of being a bit bright inside, Spork offers an incredibly convincing argument for being the best restaurant in the city. Every aspect is considered; nothing is overlooked. It would be a very laborious endeavor find something less than spectacular to eat or drink at Spork.

I was recently there to celebrate an anniversary with my boyfriend. I would give more stars if I could. The staff were amazing, the service and food couldn’t be any better. We had the octopus it was delicious, everything was well thought out. They made our night special with a card and drinks.
Great experience overall. Food, cocktails, wine/beer were all delicious. The service was excellent - came for my wife's birthday and there was a birthday card waiting for her. There's a sommelier on staff as well which is very helpful for the inventive menu. Also appreciated having well thought-out options for non-alcoholic beverages. The prices may seem high for some but your meal comes with various amuse-bouche offerings. This, combined with the portions being larger than expected, turned out to be a ton of food. We took home some of our main courses and unfortunately had to skip dessert. Would/will definitely come again.

They bring these small bites throughout your meal and that’s such a creative idea. When we thought we were done with small bites, they brought it in more and that was exciting because it was all a variety of things. They also brought chocolate at the end of the meal as a little dessert. The service is very personal able and attentive. We ordered truffle pasta, lamb and fried chicken. For the amount of money, I did expect more from all these dishes. Unlike a lot of other places, they do have a mock tail menu which I appreciated. It is a nice place to celebrate something special.

It was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was only about half full, yet the music was so loud, we had to practically scream at each other. Although the food was interesting, all the dishes were over seasoned with salt. The octopus small plate was tasty but too salty and mostly overcooked. The halibut entree was extremely well done, except again, too salty.
Second time we've been and another fantastic experience. The service is excellent and the food is outrageously good. The amuse that they bring to the table throughout the entire meal is something that I haven't experienced at another restaurant in Pittsburgh. The proteins, sauces and starches are spot on.

It was our anniversary and the staff had a happy anniversary card waiting for us at our table. It had a hand-written message by staff. Our server was incredible. The food was incredible. Overall, we had an amazing evening. We are looking forward to our next meal at Spork!
