It's too bad they're closing! Lovely Italian food, especially the octopus appetizer and seemingly all of the entrees. Large portions. Good service--I really appreciate that they don't rush you. The wines by the glass we tried were nothing special, but the quantity is generous for the price. Wish I could return to try the mozzarella.

I'm so sad to hear this place is closing. It's been on my radar for a long time and once I saw their last day is approaching I quickly called for a reservation. Let me just say, this was without a doubt the best vodka sauce pasta I've ever had! The prosciutto wrapped dates were awesome. We also tried the stuffed peppers and gnocchi. Everything was great. Cocktails also created perfectly. Only ever so slightly lacked in atmosphere which is why I have to go with 4 stars. But the food was soooo good.

Cute lil Italian restaurant in southside! OBSESSED with the goat cheese dates. 100% recommend. The drinks were also fabulous! Loved the espresso martini. Also I thought the wine was a little pricey AT FIRST. But then they brought out a giant glass and poured half into the wine glass and left the other half. So you essentially get 2 glasses!! Really good too. As for the pasta, I thought the Bolognese and fettuccine Alfredo were a little plain but I still really enjoyed and will probably go back next time I'm craving Italian food!

What an amazing find. Service was amazing, and very knowledgeable about wine and food on the menu. Todd was a truly delightful person to encounter during our visit. The decor and layout of the room reminded me of eating in Florence Italy. The gnocchi was a heavenly experience. So light and pillowy, I believe a third of each bite evaporated upon hitting my tongue. This place will absolutely require a return visit.

Absolutely incredible experience. Perfect food, tremendous service, and lovely ambiance. The portions are very generous, especially when considering price and the quality of food. Highest recommendation.

I came in today for my bday, and the server Sergio was both kind and attentive. My family and I ordered various pastas (only one pictured sadly), and a Minestrone soup- all which were very delicious! The fettuccine pesto was the highlight of my dinner, it was creamy, and flavorful. *chefs kiss*

from.appetizers to dessert, they even made a dish off the menu for me shrimp scampi with linguine. ? Delicious.

I was given a seat right away and received excellent service. The food came out quickly, and our table was maintained spotless by the waiter. The salad was tasty and fresh, and the duck breast and penne alla vodka were both excellent. I was really pleased with the wide range of flavors I had experienced. In addition, the service was excellent, as I have come to expect from an Italian restaurant. It's a pleasant vibe. The costs aren't too expensive. Everything else, from the cocktails to the service, was excellent, and I would definitely go back for more.

This is a wonderful restaurant. The food is excellent, and so is the service and atmosphere. Had dinner there last night and everything we ordered was delicious. Fresh mozzarella with prosciutto, romaine salad, shrimp scampi, scallop and crab gratin, tiramisu. I love the building and the atmosphere. Keep it up - you are doing it right.

We just had 4 guests at the 7 fishes dinner and it was one of the worst meals we have ever had. Absolutely nothing had any flavor at all. If they made dishes with fish it was covered with filler to the point that there was no taste at all. We have all had meals at this restaurant before but it has never been this tasteless before. We will never go back. By they way not an inexpensive meal either.

If you're looking for an italian spot to stop in for a bite that's not overly fancy but also not your average Italian family style restaurant, it's your place. The decor and mood lighting will give you the aesthetic of any upscale restaurant, but the laid back staff and almost coffee shop music selection makes it for a more casual experience for all audiences. The servers were impeccable with getting to our table, refilling waters and asking for order additions frequently. It is a small operation though so it's probably best for 2-4 person groups and may get crowded during busier hours unless there is seating I wasn't aware of. The menu is rather small and simple which is good for people who can be indecisive like me, and in my opinion a smaller menu leads me to guess the restaurant prefers to do a few things great than a bunch of things average, and here stagioni doesn't disappoint. The smelts we got as an appetizer, just for holiday cheer, were flavorful though I'm not too keen on breaded fish or spicy dipping sauces. The squeezed fresh lemon on the side was just enough for me to have a refreshing start! For the entrees we split an eggplant parmigiana and a penne alla vodka. The eggplant was sizzling hot, flavorful, cheesy, saucey, and exactly what we wanted! The portions were large and we even ended up taking some home which is definitely saying something for us. In regard to the penne, perfectly cooked pasta, wonderful sauce, VERY FRESH basil, and well cooked shrimp. My only negative was the addition of peas to the dish which I found a bit out of character. The bread service is hot but could definitely use a better olive oil or butter pairing, and the cocktail list/beer isn't extensive. Though, if you enjoy a glass of wine, they have some jammy reds and an extensive selection to definitely peruse while you're there!

Not our first trip to the wonderful Stagiones but another delicious meal celebrating our son’s graduation. Annabelle was our lovely, competent and attentive server. The food was absolutely delicious and a wide assortment of wines and drinks offered. The atmosphere is warm and lovely. Very easy to hold a conversation or hear. The desserts were exquisite and the capper to a gastronomic dinner! The staff made you feel welcome and part of the family. Will definitely be returning!
