This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I have given this particular location several chances and each time the never fail to disappoint. I waited almost 20 minutes for a drink that takes seconds to make. This is the norm at this location. The morning crew isn't the friendliest so I tried the afternoon. While the afternoon team was friendlier, there were some clear training gaps as one employee kept repeating she was confused when what appeared to be her supervisor, was verbally coaching her in front of customers. Never Again!

Nice that they have a couple of vegetarian options on their menu, where usually it can be tricky for big chain like Starbucks. Coffee was roasted was to dark for me taste. Pretty much what you expect from a Starbucks downtown. Staff was friendly.

I had the pleasure of being served by Sonte at the Starbucks on 6th street, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Sonte's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and passion for creating the perfect cup of coffee truly stood out.Not only did Sonte make my drink exactly to my specifications, but she also took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied before I left. The level of care and professionalism exhibited by Sonte is a testament to her dedication to customer service.I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks location and specifically asking for Sonte. You won't be disappointed!Stop by and help her celebrate her first year here.

The manager is very unprofessional, disrespected his employee right infront of my friend and I. Which was totally unexpectable, treating her like garbage because she needed help. She was busy trying to make beverages, even grabbing food items, trying to do everything herself while being left by herself so the “manager” could step away and not do his job. This girl asked one of her friends who I assumed worked there if she could grab the manager or somebody for help due to the registers not being available, then when the manager came up, he was very rude, then looks at her and says “Oh so you don’t know how to use a register”. What boss says that to their employee, so disgusting. This manager needs fired!!!!!!! He has blonde hair and wears glasses. I’ve heard a lot of reviews from different people due to how poor the management is. I feel bad for all the workers there, such a shame those workers have to work a guy like that. It’s sickening, how does a manager feel knowing he made that employee quit her job due to being spoke to in that manor. I seen everything that went on and am going to complain to a higher authority.

My experience with this Starbucks is not a good one, if you don't like your job stay home. Coffee was just sitting around while everyone talked about nothing. I asked some short Mexican girl with extra dark black eyebrows and extra thick eye lashes about my coffee and she started getting ignorant and unprofessional. Called me a black b word, because I asked about my coffee, but then said she's not racist because she has a black boyfriend. Yeah okThat little girl needs fired. Very unprofessional. I asked for a refund, and it was refunded. They can keep that coffee it was probably disgusting anyway, like their staff. I Will never go there again. There's so much more. I could've said when you're getting off work and you got these workers in businesses being disrespectful and unprofessional will get you a bad review everytime.

So sad... this place has went so far downhill so fast. The sound level is always at or above 120db, making it nearly impossible to carry on a conversation or even hear the cashiers when placing your order, which is made worse by the grinder, blenders etc...And as always, the coffee is so strong it can walk away on its own...as well as being way more expensive than their other locations too.I will not go I here any more unless they install some sound dampening materials on the walls & ceilings...Parking: Nearly impossible to find parking here, without having to walk 2-3 blocks, due to the assinine placement of the store, which the city never should have allowed and the company should never have even considered in the 1st place

Every single time I come here it’s the same experience. I was just there, and they let me stand waiting for 15 minutes for a simple, no frills hot coffee w/2 espresso shots. Seriously. They gave me a card for a free one. No thanks. Just don’t bother. I literally work close by and never come here because something like this always happens to start my day with a sour note. Terrible service. And the coffee wasn’t even hot!!! /rant

Plenty of seating yet not one power outlets, NOT ONE. Defeats the purpose of coming to Starbucks. Useless.

Today was the 1st time I have ever visited this Starbucks and it will be the LAST because they do not provide any outlets for customers to charge devices while they dine in. I asked the baristas why this is and they say it's because of the poor people always trying to loiter around the business. That's a poor excuse because your competitor known as YINS COFFEE has outlets in all their downtown locations. This company raises their prices multiple times a year while the quality of their service continues to go downhill. I have no problem spending my money elsewhere such as your competitor known as YINZ COFFEE. They have outlets in all of their downtown locations. ?

Visited this location for the first time this week and went twice while doing different activities downtown. Tried a Java mint Frappuccino, then a frozen mango dragon fruit lemonade. My drinks were fine, but me friend ordered a passion fruit lemonade that just seemed to be straight lemonade without any fruit chunks in it. The line as also a bit slow the one day and some of the employees seemed to be standing around and joking behind the counter. The girl who made my drink though did apologize for the wait, sometimes it's just one of those days or perhaps she was recently trained. Overall it was an average experience and the store was decently clean. I was able to leave a couple of my art business cards on the board, love when places have those available to advertise local things. The view is also nice with big glass windows overlooking beautiful Heinz Hall.

Good luck picking up any Uber orders here. You'll watch it sit unbagged on the counter for 20 minutes until you give up
