My drink was prepared appropriately. Some of the staff were clearly miserable and bothered by customers. I work at a corporate Starbucks and so I understand what goes on behind the counter, but it's still important to treat people with kindness. I expected more from Starbucks, especially one located in a children's hospital that is serving anxious parents.

Great, fast service and the quality was great. A little more pricey than a stand alone restaurant but overall a good spot. Convenient for visitors of the hospital

I'm not a "Starbucks person". Or at least, I didn't used to be. But then again, I also didn't used to be a "Yelp person" either -- people sometimes change over the course of a decade or two. (To put it in perspective, the last time I was in Seattle, I used the Wifi on my iPod at the Pike's Place location to find an artisinal, locally owned coffeeshop, and posted to that effect on Facebook... and I've since deleted Facebook.) Anyways... while it's not the best place to post up with a laptop... they were always quick and polite to *me*. Five stars.

I had one of the best pumpkin spice lattes in my life last night!

The cashier obviously didn't wanna be there. It was uncomfortable. Should have expected that from a Starbucks.

Great staff! Sadly I'm here so much that they always remember my order. Very clean and fast!

Live the app for a quick pickup so I can go about my dad. The staff is always so friendly!

I have a heart arrhythmia. I have to drink decaf. I just ordered a decaf iced americano and noticed when they handed it to me it didn't say decaf on the decaf box. I asked the worker if it was decaf and he looked around at the others curiously and then said "yes". I took a few sips on the way to work and could feel my heart speeding up with the normal espresso. I am very disappointed as I will not be able to drink it and I already walked to work.

Typical Starbucks got us in out. Coffee was just as good as any other. I would say they may be a little bit under staff. Overall a I had. Good experience here

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Every single time I wait at least 25 minutes. And they don't even let you use your points here. If this wasn't the only coffee place in the hospital I would definitely be going somewhere else.

This is probably hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The coffee, in my opinion, seems to taste better here. I’m sure they deal with a lot working at this particular one, with it being a children’s hospital (emotional parents, rushing employees, kids running around) and yet, they always have a smile on their face. They have a little section where kids can play while they wait, and the store itself is always clean. They have the usual selection of bakery items and coffee drinks, I love the Smoked Butterscotch iced latte they come out with around this time of year, and the cheese danish.

I won't be purchasing coffee here again. I ordered a tall peppermint mocha. The drink was a full inch below the top of the cup, roughly 20% of the cup height. If they were leaving room for whipped cream, I didn't get that either. For a drink that costs nearly $5, I'll treat myself somewhere else.

Hours vary, and limited? 50/50 shot at getting your drink prepared how you ask for it.On a scale of 1-10 (2.3) majority of the staff acts as if they do not want to be there, and they're going out of they're way to do they're job.

This is a real Starbucks. There is a mini-kiosk when you walk in the front door, but that is _not_ what this location refers to. When walking in the front, you have to go to the right to get to this location, you'll see it.

Great service. Cheerful staff. Will definitely come here again.
