Placed an order online for pickup. Arrived a few minutes early, so waited in the card until my order was marked Ready. Went inside to retrieve order. 2 customers ahead of me in line. I get to the counter and the guy hadn't even started my order! Highly unsatisfied. Don't mark it ready for pickup when you haven't even started the order yet!

I only go here now when I have the BOGO coupon. I understand with inflation and all but Geez!! The prices here are just not worth it. Especially with the little bit of meat they put on your sandwich. I mean, $25 for 2 rotisserie chicken foot-longs?! There was no weight to them either. Thankfully it only cost half that with the coupon. This Subway is tucked away in the Caste Village strip mall. It may be a little hard to find but there is plenty of parking.The service was prompt and pretty fast. The employee had a rather thick accent and it was a little hard to understand her, but she was polite and accommodating.We ordered a Spicy Italian and a BMT sub; both were delicious and were made with fresh looking and tasting ingredients.Overall, it was a very good experience and I am sure that we will be back.
