This place store hours misleading . Went on a Thursday evening they were closed at 730pm . Website clearly states open till 9pm on all business days . I called to ask about it and employee hung up on me. Don’t bother going here . Location off Steuben street in crafon on Walsh .

This is under 'new' ownership as of when?... not sure but I came here recently, on the1st day they opened under the new ownership.No one greeted me....No one smiled...It felt like I was in a prison cafeteria line.I called and spoke to store Mgr., who explained the new owner, whom I asked for was 'out of town'...and told me it was everyone's first day....I asked her why the employees don't greet their customers, and at least smile, ...She said she'd address it....I doubt she ever did...Her loss...I returned today...Nothing changed...1 guy + same Mgr. on prep line, and today is Saturday...My sandwich was sloppily made,..and when I asked for condiments, you'd think a bee stung them...Poor attitude! from guy and store Mgr., who btw, made my sandwich...I won't ever!! come to this location...I know now in these days, good help is hard to find, but the hired help here, gets a '0' for their services....behind the store Mgr., who doesn't seem to care!!...and was soooo rude!!Why would I pay someone to be trifling to me?Lol

Avoid mobile orders I guess. Placed a mobile order for a chicken bacon ranch, get to work open to see nothing but vegetables slathered in mayo. When I go back to fix this, the girl behind the counter laughed and said "I thought it was a doordash order". As if it was an intentional screw up. Few weeks later I visit in person no issue. My 3rd experience, placed a mobile order on my way to work, 45 mins in advance. I get there almost 10 mins after set pickup time to be told order just came through and I would have to wait behind 6 customers for my order. So much for express pickup.

Usally this is a nice place the people r Usally really friendly but I walked in today and the lady told me they where closed I just opened the door they did look closed and I waited for the bus only to see someone else with subway that made me upset I just went to a different restaurant.
I used to work here the worst place to work the worst place to eat it’s trifling a few employees are nice the rest are fake and weird and don’t know how to do their job the new GM definitely does not know how to her job either so do not I repeat do not eat here or work here it’s not worth it at all.

I called yesterday and called if they had meat. A male answered the phone and asked me if I had a life . Terrible do not recommend:( bathrooms are always un sanitary. Always closed and store constantly looks a disaster.

Ordered the $13.39 Monster footlong in Pittsburgh's Crafton store. The sandwich preparation is now hidden from customer's view. The Monster advertises having thick juicy steak, and crisp bacon, double cheese and piled high with veggies. My sub had less steak and ingredients than a regular steak sub. It had 1 paper thin strip of undercooked bacon, regular amount of cheese. It is absolutely FALSE advertising as the meats and amounts of products are much less than advertised. There was nothing monstrous about the Monster sub. Actually it is the thinnest sandwich I've ever had from Subway. So hiding the products allows them to skimp on the ingredients. Shameful!
