Haven’t eaten TB in years and my first visit back did not disappoint! Staff was super friendly, even double checked an add on request when I got to DT speaker. Drink wasn’t sitting with ice melting they filled cup after handing me my food, and gave plenty of sauce! It’s little things like that that make a difference! Will definitely be back! Thanks everyone you did a great job!

You know, this is a Taco Bell. But T hey are not all the same. This one seems to be well staffed, and that makes all the difference.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options include those items with no meat.Parking: Asphalt paved and sloped to drain. Lanes clearly marked for drive thru and exit. Spaces narrow for most pre-1976 vehicles.Wheelchair accessibility: Facility meets ADA standards

I have to be honest. Reviews posted a year or more before I visited have no effect on me. Things change in the course of a year, staff moves on and get replaced and people have opportunity to bring their standards up.I haven't had the best luck with the food vendors in this plaza, but I think it has been the quality of the people hired to do certain jobs and not necessarily the food. This place in partricular seems to have gotten their act together. I made a quick stop there while shopping and I was pleasantly surprised.I will admit to be shocked by the increased prices.I can remember the days of the 99 cent tacos. Then again, I haven't visited in quite a while and I realize that things have changed. Having been on the road for many years, my metric for any establishment has been the best one I've come across. Franchises are a pretty specific breed, since they are typically centrally sourced and follow the same operations manuals.I expect every one to be the same. That isn't always the case. In most cases, I can assign responsibility to a human factor. There are good workers and bad ones, just as there are good managers and some not as good.People tend to take shortcuts, something that is unusual for a franchise.Quality can be affected when owners or managers stray from approved food sources and attempt to stretch by buying cheaper. I've seen this before, but I also know that companies these days strive to maintain their brands integrity. They can and do check up on operations in individual locations.I'm not sure of the history of this particular location, but from all of the one star reviews, it would seem as though this place has had a number of issues over a considerable amount of time. That certainly wasn't my experience. I was greeted as soon as I arrived with a smile. My questions were answered and the ordering process went smoothly.I got my food fast and hot, 3 soft tacos, a potato side and a drink. I decided to eat in and went to a table. I did notice that all tables were not clean, there was some debris on some, but it could have just been that someone hadn't gotten to them yet.The girl at the counter was doing double duty, filling condiments as I arrived, so she might have been responsible for the dining area as well as the counter.I thought everything was pretty good in relation to the food. The prices certainly have gone up, and I made a mental note to look for discounts or coupons before my next visit. What surprised me was that the girl came around the counter to my table to check on me. I have never seen a fast food worker do that. She approached me like a server at a fine dining establishment would, asking if everything was good and if I needed anything else.I'm not used to that level of service and it was nice.It doesn't matter if it was her personality or work ethic or if it is management encouraged. With a place clean and nice, decent food and friendly, professional staff, this place wins. I'd encourage people to try it again.

Worst location i have ever experienced EVER. Order is wrong every single time. Tonight, they completely forgot to put items in our bag. The crunch-wrap always comes flat as hell and the burritos do too. Horrible.

I’ll give a lot of credit to the kids that work at this location. I don’t love fast food and eat it often maybe once or twice a month as emergency sources of sustenance, but whatever they make here always comes out so fresh the Dorito tacos are really tasty crispy lettuce, delicious tomatoes, generous portions, always filling, and this is cheap food people.

Never received a correct order. Asked for no lettuce on a hard taco and still got lettuce and chipotle I never asked for added. Multiple times they forgot several items. Onions were in my quesadilla and they make me very sick. Always check your food.

Canceled my online order because they were “busy”. I had to come in person and reorder everything in person! Horrible! If it wasn’t the only thing open I wouldn’t ever go
