When you have to feel embarrassed about asking for taco sauce, when this is a taco bell! Its not a great place. Order taker, was so rude and snappy. Inpaitent. My husband is blind and cant see what he wants. Thanks for making us feel like we were wrong to order from you. We surely wont be back.

Ordering in advance is useless. Ordered 12 minutes in advance and show up, no one there or came for another 5 min after and they still weren't ready. Not fast food. Slow food. And when I looked in the window I saw many people doing much of nothing - at least 3 people there joking around. UPDATE: got home and opened the food and they got every item in the order wrong - no customizations we paid for - and the hard tacos were totally soggy and inedible. We only got tacos and one bowl so they took 20 minutes to make the bowl while the tacos sat there getting soggy I guess?? Tried to call them to reverse the charges and they are not even picking up.

Staff did not acknowledge the fact that we were in the restaurant. We ordered using the keyosk. Drink dispenser had drinks taste funny as if they were dirty.

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. Drive thru has a sewage smell behind the building. Slow, rude employees who truly do not care and it shows in the food prep. Go to the KFC/Taco Bell combo a few miles up the road, much better.

Stopped at the Taco bell on McKnight road approximately 11:30 went inside no one was inside as for customers other than two of the employees, One was working on other one's face doing something, we're standing there for about 2 to 3 minutes and no one ever came over to the counter went outside another employee's outside talking on the phone, If I could give zero stars that would be it Don't people realize that paying customers is what pays your paycheck

My god… FIX THE HOURS IF THEY HAVE CHANGED!!! I thought the existence of this Taco Bell location would save me from having to frequent the other awful locations that come to mind. I’m an insomniac who likes fast food. People like me sometimes rely on the few places that are open really late.The hours listed on google and on the Taco Bell website stated they would be open until 2am. I put in a mobile order at 11:30pm and arrived for pick up at about 11:50. As I roll up I see probably the last employee getting in their car to leave and some poor, lost soul waiting at the pickup window.The only other appealing option I could think of was ordering sheetz MTO food and that wasn’t exactly a short wait AND because I was in a hangry stupor, I ordered at the wrong sheetz which added 40 minutes of driving to my simple quest to get some late night junk food. This part of course was my fault but BOY my night would have been much better if this Taco Bell didn’t screw me over.I reached out to Taco Bell support immediately because the app took my money and I certainly didn’t get my order. A few days have passed and I haven’t heard back and I have still been fully charged. WACK!!!For me, this location has been better than others in terms of food quality but worse in terms of service. Pick your poison I guess.
