This place is consistently bad. The food is stale. One time I paid for my order and entered my name and they claimed they never got it. I go back to try it again and we waited forever for our food and it was so stale that it made me actually give a damn and give these guys a terrible review. Place is crappy and gross.

Waited in the drive-thru for 35 minutes, before pulling away, leaving my food behind. Meaning, you wasted your own money. Two cars in front of me did the same thing. The sooner that you install automation; the better. Slow-food, not fast-food.

Even at peak lunch hour this place is not very busy yet they are in a big hurry to throw your food at you and slam the window closed in your face meanwhile not putiing any taco sauce packets in your bag after asking you which taco sauce you wanted. What are they actually doing in there?

This is the best tacobell I have went to. They are under new management everyone is so nice there and they got my order correct and they are fast. My order was a chicken quesadilla and a hard taco and everything was correct on it.

the best taco bell in the burgh in my opinion. they never mess up my order and are very nice and make my food perfectly. we drive all the way from shadyside for this taco bell specifically. the girl at the window on 12/26 around 6pm was very sweet. Thank you!!!!

Foods Much fresher then the sewickly location. Tacos are always crunchy not mushy .The season fries with cheese is good. I like the nacho fries better. Taco pizzas one of my favs. The cheesy potatoes are the best. So If your passing threw and just want that fast food fix I'd go here.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I ordered through the app after coming home from a long road trip and took advantage of it being convenient to order through the Taco Bell app. The app just has you submit a review and the last time this happened nobody EVER contacted me. I called the store and spoke with the “manager” Jason who needs some lessons in customer service because he lacks it. As a manager on duty, you gotta figure it out. Someone who’s ordered two meals and it arrives with 2 of the 7 items ordered. When I called he stated he couldn’t do anything at all. Well what he could of done was substitute for the items we didn’t get and probably won’t ever get a refund on. DO BETTER!
