Great place good food, good atmosphere. Beef stew noodle soup was flavorful. Pork belly bun is a great starter.

Such an awesome restaurant. Had a great experience. The Taiwanese beef noodle soup was fantastic. Same with the wonton soup; never had better wontons. We also got beef fried rice and string bean chicken. All of it was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Thanks for the great lunch!

Recently ate there. I get it the food is awesome but when we dine in, the people in the kitchen brought 2 whole bins full of dirty smelly trash through the dining area. We immediately lost our appetite. How could the management possibly be ok with bringing out dirty trash where people are eating? WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. Dirty place to eat.

They don't let people in though there is waiting without reservations only because a customer know one of the staffs.Even it was a situation with more than 10 people were waiting.

My friend and I came to Pittsburg for a concert and decided to try Taiwanese food for the first time. EXCELLENT flavor, service and atmosphere. It’s a small bistro, so there may not be a lot of space if you have a big group, but we both felt comfortable. I tried to string beans with chicken and it was perfect! The flavor, crispness, and heat (just a little, which I liked because I don’t eat a lot of spicy foods). The service was quick and all of the meals around us looked delicious. Highly recommend if you like Taiwanese food or want to try something different. We will definitely be back on any future Pittsburg trips.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetable or tofu options. My friend had a soup-like dish (can’t remember the name) with tofu and loved it!

It was a surprise. We didn’t plan to eat here and randomly picked this one from map. The food was awesome and people were so kind. I would recommend and will come again in future when visiting

Second visit after 4 years. Still a crowded hole-in-the-wall with no personal space. Enjoyed everything. $$$ for 1 appetizer, 1 entrée, noodle soup, and dumplings. Tiny parking lot across the street.

Cafe 33 is easily the best Taiwanese restaurant in Pittsburgh, and one of the best Chinese restaurants in general. There aren’t any misses on the menu; it’s all delicious.
