I love to come to this place after working and am always so appreciative of the bartenders. Emma is outstanding and attentive to customers, even when busy. I love beerhive and I recommend to anyone looking for great beers and food!

Great margaritas! Amazing little bar on the strip! I can't believe we almost missed it! Emma treated us so well, helped explain the beers to find what we liked and the ambiance was intimate! Perfect for a date night or to watch the game!

Came in here mid day. Great vibes!! Our server Emma was awesome and helped us pick two amazing cocktails-- the Tequila Mockingbird and Espresso Martini. Highly reccomend. Great service and drinks. Definitely coming back.

A very nice selection of draght beers. Only had time for a quick couple of brews while waiting on the family. They had video trivia that would link to your phone. I will be spending more there when I get a chance. It is a great little spot that out of town visitors would enjoys. Being across the street from Grandpa Joe's Candy Store is a big plus. Prost.

Who knew that a place predominantly known for their beer would serve the best martini I've had in Pittsburgh?? I couldn't resist ordering the pickle martini when I saw that on the menu, and I am so happy that I did! I love pickles, and this is definitely a pickle-forward drink. It was so delicious!! We also got some fries to share - and they definitely come in a large sharing portion. They were perfectly crispy & salty. Bar service was ok. The bartender forgot about my drink, though, so we did have to ask for it a second time once we realized people who ordered after me were getting their drinks first. The space isn't very large, so we didn't stay too long as we arrived with a big group & couldn't get seating for everyone. I would definitely go back with a smaller group, though, if for nothing else than that pickle martini! Food: B+ Drinks: A+ Service: C+ Ambiance: B-

Some coworkers and I came here for a trivia night. Trivia was wonderful and the host was delightful.The service was terrible! The bartenders were rude from the second we came in and continued to show disinterest in my group. One even pushed me aside to get our empty glasses. Terrible service- great trivia.

Beerhive is always a good time. Great atmosphere and the bartenders are the best. There's trivia on Thursdays and additional seating upstairs.Vegetarian options: Seitan wings with a variety of sauces.Parking: The strip district is going to always be tough to park.
The BeerHive was okay. I stopped there on a self created bar crawl and it was mediocre at best. However, the drink the Bartender Emma made for me was really good too. She just didn’t have a friendly demeanor which kind of ruined the vibe so I only stayed for one drink. The drink was bomb though. Apparently they have a cold brew they use for it and it is definitely a must when visiting the BeerHive.

4 stars all the way around for service, atmosphere, and prices.Wings and celery a different story. That’s 1 star - everything is marinated/brined in pickle juice? they said the new menus just came out and it was on the menu but I didn’t see anywhere on the menu about the brine. The new menu also didn’t have, that I saw, the price of the wings or how many was in a serving. If you love pickles the wings and celery are for you. For this individual though, wings marinated/brined in pickle juice are a no go and was not a fan
