Our steaks were completely charred for a medium rare. Then there were numerous people completely underdressed: Snap backs, sweat pants, jeans, and club wear abundant. No one was turned away even though they are supposedly “addressing” the dress code again. The noise level was extremely absurd, no one could have a polite conversation. I was directly under a speaker and couldn’t even make out that, I’m not hard of hearing. The only redeeming quality was our server Ryan, he was amazing!

Fantastic food, relaxing atmosphere. If you are looking at prices on menu you probably should not go. No matter what the cost the food is forth it. Staff is knowledgable and will please if you are unhappy with anything.

Amazing meal!!! All around great experience. Our waiter Mike Pilarski made it exceptional. His recommendations were spot on. One of the best meals in my lifetime. Highly recommend!!!

Lamb chops y disappointing! The chargrilled made them taste burnt. French onion soup and lobster Mac was amazing. My friends and I specialty alcoholic drinks were not good, something was off. Perhaps they were not mixed properly. Overall, the food and drinks were mediocre, but the ambiance and service were excellent!

Overall, we had a mixed experience at the restaurant. While the service was good, there were some issues with the food quality control during our visit. The burrata was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the cheeseburgers. However, we were disappointed to find that the capers in the steak tartare had a moldy odor to them, and the Lobster Mac was overly salty, making it inedible. Despite these setbacks, Manager David promptly addressed the issues, which we appreciated.

We had 4 of us sitting in the bar area with 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. Our table was a small oval table that had no room for anything. It came to the point that the waiter took the salt and pepper shaker off the table to make more room. Our service was very hectic. It took a long time to get drinks from the bar which was right next to us. The food was good, but not great. We ordered steaks that were $70+ and were very fatty and chewy. Everything seemed to be very over priced, but we knew that going in. For the amount of money that we spent there I would have expected better service and to be seated at a table where we had room for drinks and plates without being crowded.

We had a great experience tonight at The Capital Grille in Pittsburgh. After valet took our car we came in and we're seated in a booth more towards the back. Our waiter, Mike, he was great service and our wine came quickly. All the steaks were spot on as were other dinners that were ordered and also side dishes. I had the cheesecake which was astronomical others had desserts would they also enjoyed. It's my spot downtown Pittsburgh!

It was awfully load and overcrowded. I had to literally yell to be heard at my own table. Tables are on top of one another and the way the waitstaff runs in circles around you is unnerving. I find it very hard to believe your Pittsburgh location is number one when King of Prussia puts this location to shame.

Our favorite. Steak is perfect. Ahi Tuna is perfect. Service is perfect. Setting is perfect. Can't wait to go again.

Crowded, love reception though. Valet parking was overwhelmed this night, hats off to them to for keeping things moving. ??
