I decided to be seated outside and enjoy the weather. Waiter was great and food was okay. I did not enjoy all of my selection but it was my fault-Because i truly thought it was pasta. Jamaican black pepper chicken and shrimp were tasty, just needed a pasta and not the beans (I am not able to eat rice) had fries instead. The DRINK ? WAS A 10 #GeorgiaPeach

Everything we got to eat was fantastic. I got the sliders, Which is supposed to be an appetizer, But it was more than enough for 1 person. I couldn't even finish it. We Also got the louisiana chicken pasta. Make sure if you get this one, You like hot and spicy food. Everything was awesome but a little overpriced. But, what isn't Nowadays. I still can't believe that that 1 girl on that video got so upset because her date was taking her to the cheesecake factory. (I'll go, lol.) The factory has never let me down no matter if it was in Florida or Pennsylvania or Massachusetts. It's always awesome.

Food was fabulous & the cheesecake was even better. Our waitress could have taken care of us a little better. She was in no big hurry at all. She made us wait longer than we should have, especially because it wasn't busy at all. Lucky for her the food was as good as it was, or it would have been a bad Cheesecake Factory review.

I placed and and paid for takeout while in the restauranton 4/1. Manager told me 15-20 minutes for the 2 dinners and cheesecake. After 30 minutes and no food, I asked the host to check on my order. He found 2 bags and brought them to me. As I am driving home, I get a phone call saying I didn't pay for the meal. After some discussion, she found where I did pay. Now the real kicker; I get home to find no cheesecake, they put the meals in 2 different bags. I call the manager and told him everything that I just posted, and he said he would email me a gift card for $25, which barely covered the cost of the cheesecake. 2 days later, still no ecard. This place could not have provided worse customer service had they tried.

Can't wait to have once again.What I wrote above about the Cheesecake factory 9 years ago remains true.Brilliant selection of Italian cuisine, great spread of choices and unbeatable economic value in a family friendly setting.Beats Olive garden only on account of its spread and highly polished dishes, presented in an appealing manner.
Cheesecake gets smaller and price goes up every year , there going to have to get smaller containers soon so they don’t look so ridiculous in the large containers . Another rip off of a thing that used to be great . Welcome to 2024 . Greed is every good restaurants downfall. Tamale cakes were 3/10 when they used to be 9/10 . Drinks were good the only reason I gave 2 stars .Current situation !?I wonder if you are that condescending to every customer that leaves you bad review . Let me guess this straight , I just voiced to you and the rest of the google review community that I had a terrible meal . I was going to leave this part out but I actually spent the rest of Easter eve on the couch with food poisoning from your sweet and tangy chicken !! And you want me to call you!!?? Why would I call you , you should be calling me to apologize. My wife’s first glass of wine must have been sitting open bottle for a week . The Mango mojito tasted like a two week out melted popsicle or syrup water . The waitress was nice so we left her a tip and your windows have a 1/4 inch of soap scum on them from dirty mop water.
