Put a hold on my credit card for $75 after they already billed me for $76, essentially double-billing me for over a week until the hold was lifted. I have bills and need my money.

Visited for a show... we enjoyed a large pretzel... delicious! And it was enough for 3 of us.Parking: Location is part of a bowling alley, with plenty of parking.

Such a great find. Rented a side room for bday party with about 25 ppl. Single quick service bar inside it too. Then we moved the party out to main bar and dance floor. Lots of girls! Fun place. Great vibe easy to meet people.

The absolute WORST Service I have ever received in my life. My friends and I stood in a designated area for ordering drinks at th bar for ONE HOUR ...literally front and center, not in a line or behind others. . We were repeatedly ignored while the bartender(s) overlooked us and focused one one corner of the bar that just happened to be guys.. I normally frequent this establishment because of the bands, but I will never go back. Other patrons were also commenting about how they were witnessing this disgusting behavior, and how they will also not go back.

It was my first time at this place. I drove a little over an hour to get there. Staff was really nice and we had a good time. There's a lot of room on the floor where the bands play and the present VIP style seating was neat. The bar had a whole lot of seating area.And they were a lot of tables and chairs. The food prices were good and the food was delicious although we only had The Onion rings and the deep fried parogie.but they were really good. Bar service was extremely slow. They only had two bartenders and the bar area with the tables was packed. But they mixed up extremely good cocktails so we definitely suggest picking from their cocktail menu. The prices were just fine to how delicious they were. I would come back to this place.
Great intimate venue for shows. Just wish they were able to attract more national acts.

Food kind of mid. Ordered fresh cut fries with the beer cheese, got served some nasty coated frozen fries. My burger was good. My friend got wings said they just ok. Views from the bar kinda suck. Sound was ok. Get there super early if you want a table where you can see the stage. Parking kind of sucks too.

Girlfriend and I attended the mia x ally concert first time at the craft house. Was to crowded we did get a seat at end of bar twards the stage luckily,I got a burger and fries the bun was cold to the touch meat was just warm it tasted ok I don't drink, the pop tasted like the cleaning solution. She got a ruban and fries the ruban came out cold and untoasted. Server sent it back she got another one it came out the same way,so she didn't eat anything but the fries,got a to go box I ate it later that night and it was not good. She also got a couple of the drink specials the tequila drink was horrible the other one was ok but not great,very bad first impression won't be going to anymore concerts here,Jergels is a way better venue bigger great food and drinks and great service.
