Decided to give it a try last Saturday. And it was so good we went back this Saturday. So far we had the short ribs dinner. Gnocchi with chicken dinner. Chicken Ques, spinach artichoke dip, fried pickles and a cheeseburger and fries. Everything was delicious and our service was top notch. Will definitely make this one of our places to dine at twice a month during the warm month's.

A nice stadium area restaurant offering standard sports bar fare. The food is good, portions generous, and the service very friendly. A lot of seating so no feeling of being crammed in.

I really wanted to love this place but couldn’t. The service was fantastic but the food was terrible. We started with the pork belly bites and they were terribly dry, as was the theme for the rest of our food. The sauce on them was great but the pork belly itself seemed like it was out all day and then reheated for us. The wings were also terrible dry and over cooked. I was so excited for the spinach artichoke dip but they put the bread on the grill to char it and it gave the whole dish a burnt flavor that was so unpalatable I had to send it back. My husband got the breakfast burger which he said was ok but the hashbrowns were so big they took over the burger, it had to be disassembled to be eaten. He got the macaroni as a side and it did not have any flavor. This place has such a nice atmosphere and our waitress was so nice I was shocked at how bad the food was.

We went to The Foundry during Brunch hours for a graduation celebration. The previous night we had been out for dinner elsewhere and the experience was subpar to put it nicely. Our experience at The Foundry definitely made up for it and it brought back my faith in good food in Pittsburgh. Super sweet waitress, very cool vibe, not super busy which was refreshing on a graduation weekend. Very happy with the food and overall experience!

Great place for a large party to celebrate a special occasion. I can see where it might be loud depending on when you're there and where your table is, but our group had a very positive experience. Our waitress was Bri and she was amazing. Handled the large group perfectly. And, my reservation number increased twice the week leading up to the gathering and Andrew was great about it!

Mt first visit to the Foundry... service was very good, cocktails were excellent, I ordered the bacon burger, I was asked what temperature, so I ordered it medium rare, My server saw that it wasn't close to Med Rare she took it back to have another made, she did bring a plate fresh fries which were excellent while they made another burger. the 2nd cane out the same way, not close to med Rare, she apologized and removed it from our billthe pierogie ams fried pickle appetizers were very good.

The Foundry is a gastropub in the North Shore. I thought some of the food we had was good the rest was average. Our portion sizes weren’t that great with the Reuben not having much meat. The service was not good, the lamb ragout came out cold and needed reheated and they forgot one of the drinks we ordered. With the high prices and bad service I probably won’t come back. Horrible! We got takeout, ordered a caesar salad (see pic), which are leaves you give to a giraffe at the zoo. Will never go back.

So glad we found this spot on a super crowded St. Patrick's weekend. Everything from the staff, drinks, to the food were amazing. Never would have thought to put pierogies on a burger but I'm glad The Foundry did.

Sorry to say The Foundry was disappointing. Atmosphere and service wasn't bad. But the food and drinks were lackluster. I visited for brunch and I probably wouldn't go back.

Terrible manager. We walked from the water after someone had almost drowned, hoping for a safe place to sit in the snowy 30 degree weather and the manager did not offer to help, only complained that floors would need to be mopped and laughed with staff about a man in panic. He also stated that the restaurant is not a “refugee camp” which was very unnecessary. To be clear we were told by the host that it would be ok for us to stand there while we waited for help for him.
