Everything was great. Definitely get the baked potato cheese. The wine and garlic seasoning was amazing! We had the "Bigger Night Out" and there was more than enough for both of us. The lobster tail had great flavor. The server was attentive and kind. Had the chocolate-covered strawberries at our table upon arrival, they were ripe and juicy! Just overall a great date night! Will be returning. One complaint, the veggies were cut way too thick, so we couldn't cook them in under 8 or so minutes. They need to be thinner. That's the only thing I would change.

We went for lunch on my Birthday. It was a decent experience. The chocolate turtle fondue was so good! My boyfriend was sad he didn’t see the salad came with blue cheese, making it not edible to him.

Its a beautiful restaurant. We went to celebrate my birthday. There's plenty of food so com prepared to eat. Cooking instructions could be a little clearer and it's dark inside and makes it hard to see. But overall it was a great experience. I would eat there again.

Eating here is an experience! This is a great place to come with friends/family, special occasion or a romantic date night. I would suggest coming here when you have a couple of hours to enjoy- this isn't your quick lunch/dinner spot. Food is brought out in stages- first would be the cheese fondue which offers a variety of cheeses served with assorted artisan breads, seasonal fruits and veggies for the dipping. Next is the salad course followed by the main entree which there are so many variations but once you make your selection you then pick a cooking style which would be which type of broth you want to cook your food in. Each table has a cooktop where you use skewers to cook your meat, seafood or veggies in your selected broth. Lastly is desert which may be my favorite part. You select a chocolate fondue which can be straight chocolate or mixed with peanut butter, marshmallow or other sweet concoctions. I would recommend going to their website and checking out their menus before going. The servers are great and will help with ordering or any questions you may have.

I recently dined at The Melting Pot and was thoroughly impressed by their Vegan fondue offering. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff provided outstanding service, showing great knowledge and attentiveness towards our dietary preferences. They guided us through the menu, ensuring we enjoyed a delicious and satisfying meal while adhering to our vegan lifestyle. The Vegan fondue itself was beyond amazing, boasting a rich and flavorful taste that exceeded our expectations. With such a positive experience, it's safe to say we'll be returning to The Melting Pot for more culinary delights in the future.

The melting pot is my favorite restaurant but it's been hit or miss the last couple times we went. I go here for the food but also because it's an experience. I just went on the 31st. We were rushed through the meal. Food was taken before we were even done with it and that was only time we ever saw our waitress we were forgotten in the patio. I miss the days went the servers made the cheese fundue at the table and actually let you finish a meal before taking your dishes.

We went for our 10th anniversary. I got the full anniversary package. Rose pedals on the table with a dozen roses In a vase. Two champagne flutes and a bottle of sparkling wine. We took all of that home with us. The meal was fantastic as always and the service was over the top.

Our server was efficient and prompt. We ordered 2 cheese fondues, 3 mains, and a chocolate fondue for dessert. All the food was delicious. We never felt rushed, but also didn't have to wait long for the next course. Always a fun time with a group!

My daughter and i have been coming to the Melting Pot for her birthday for the past 9-10 years and have always loved it. This time i decided to surprise her for her 21st birthday and invite a few friends. First, our cheese order was not correct and by the time it was made right we had already finished the one that was brought to us. The burners were hit or miss as far as them getting hot so one of our guests burner was not heating any of their stuff. There were long waits in between each course which has never happened before and was quite frustrating. It was explained that policies had changed and preparation was different but had that been explained we may not have felt a little impatient. Nothing was explained when the main course had come out about the raw food touching the cook plate and one of our guests put her raw meat on her cook plate. By the time we were finished, one of the guests wanted to order a coffee because she had chosen not to get chocolate and was told that there was no coffee, probably because we were there 40 minutes past closing and were the only party left in the restaurant. I wish that all of our guests could've had a more pleasant “first time” experience.
