My favorite bubble tea in the city! Staff are efficient and friendly. The boba pearls are always fresh. I'm so happy that they offer soy and oat milk too~ They are always busy for a reason! Their seasonal menus are very fun and I like that there is always a wide variety to choose from. I really like that they are providing reusable bags with takeout orders now.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian, many options made vegan!Dietary restrictions: Multiple options for non-dairy!

i moved from california (which has a lot of great boba spots) and i could say this is one of the best few boba spots in pgh! my friends and i came during a busy sunday night so the place was poppin but the service was quick. the pearls were soft and freshly made which i appreciated because the texture and quality of pearls in a milk tea drink definitely changes the experience. if you like a super sweet and milky drink, brown sugar bubble milk is a must-try!

Having 6 employees and still slow not handing out orders is bad service but also I didn't even see till after I paid on my receipt that $2.40 tip was added so ig it was already on screen bc I didn't press it so maybe you should have it start at no tip bc now y'all played with my money having it at $2.40 tip already b4 I even clicked it should have been no tip and took 10 mins make 1 drink smh

Not my favorite bubble tea in the city. First, it was crazy busy when we arrived, but we ordered on the machine (there wasn't a person taking orders). We figured it had to be good given the crowd. The workers were definitely working hard and appeared to be very efficient, but it took probably 15 minutes to get our drinks. The taro tea was gritty and very mild flavor. The boba was okay, but there are better options in the area. I'd recommend finding another option.

This place has macaroons and boba drink. I usually order my jasmine milk tea wit boba and brown sugar boba it's very good and customer service is always good here and it's not a long wait ever. But it's Definitely a very busy place always. The place doesn't have any chairs or table to sit in. They only have drinks to go.

Ordering on the kiosk was cumbersome. Price was high and the bubble tea didn't have regular boba. There were tons of choices but regular boba wasn't a choice. Bubble tea wasn't flavorful. Meh all

I ordered three times and all three orders were wrong and I told them if they can offer an exchange or if they can refund or give me another drink they said no way!!! They used to be good now a days it takes like ice only without any actual flavor!
