1st off, I'm disgusted by the fact the woman packing the nuggets and fries had no gloves on. She was dropping my food all over herself for some reason, then picking it up off her shirt with her bare hands. Absolutely NOT ok for any restaurant to be doing that. Which leads me to believe that not a single person here is safe serve certified. The kiosk we were told we had to use was filthy. I get that it's a fast food place, but come on. At least wipe it down with a clorox wipe....read full review
Unbelievable, arrived in the drive thru at 11:23 on Saturday night. There were probably 8 cars in front of me, ok that’s fine realizing it was a Saturday night and busy. But after only moving up one car, and being in line till 12:00 with no end in sight I pulled away. How is it possible to go to a drive thru and wait over a half hour and still have 7 cars ahead of you? Plus there were at least 5 cars behind me!! Unexpected to say the least…

This is easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The drive-thru line is always incredibly slow, the workers are rude and really couldn't care less about their job or customer service. The inside is usually filthy. I've given them a try maybe 5 times in the last few years since I live close, and they have *never* gotten my order correct.
