Telling people it’s going to be a 45 minute to an hour wait!!! Talking about their screen if filled with mobile orders and their short staff! I counted 6-7 people that is not short staff at all!!!!

The employees do not greet you. The last several times I’ve been to this location I’ve thanked the employee for handing me my food, and they look at me and say nothing. A simple you’re welcome would be the bare minimum. They act as though they’re annoyed. It’s AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The prices at this location have reached an obscene level. Remember when getting a combo used to be a great deal when you wanted more than a sandwich? Well they have jacked up prices to FOUR DOLLARS on top of the price of just the sandwich for the smallest possible combo size. If you get fries, they are cold and stale and barely edible. And if you do want just a sandwich, be prepared for it to taste old and overcooked, just like my Baconator was. In a hurry? Keep on driving unless you have 5 minutes to sit at the order screen, with no other cars on the property, while employees tell you "just one minute". This may very well be due to understaffing, but that means the franchise is to blame for both of these things and the owner needs to do a serious re-evaluation of the way things are run while they still can.I will give it an extra star simply because the food did not make me sick (which may seem like a low bar to clear, but a lot of local fast food establishments don't even clear that anymore), my order was correct (no matter how cold, tough, and expensive it was), and the employees weren't rude. But I certainly won't be rolling the dice here again.

I tried ordering from this wretched place. Stunk like 10 lbs of weed the entire time in the drive thru lane. POS taking my order was an absolute moron and the idiots who own this place should punch themselves in the face. What passes as service nowadays is an absolute disgrace. Avoid like the plague.

It’s always sad to see employees bouncing around dancing in the kitchen when cars are taking 5-10 minutes a piece in the drive thru line to pick up mobile orders. The staff can’t seem to print out tickets or whatever they need to actually see the orders, so I have to repeat and show my mobile order at the window.These dudes are on drugs, don’t come here late.

I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes and was just met with "we had call offs" and an attitude from the manager on duty. Even with call offs there is ZERO reason for ANYONE to be in the drive thru for THAT long. Don't waste your time or money here. Go to the one in Robinson instead or the McDonald's down the street. I'll be contacting corporate as well.
