Got a 412 with vanilla syrup and a blueberry muffin. ? Both of the guys behind the counter were super nice. Someone ahead of us forgot their phone, and the Barista went running out and chased down the guy to give it back. That's above and beyond to me. Many people would just stow it for when the person came back. The 412 was delicious, and the muffin he gave me actually wound up being chocolate, but I didn't realize till I got to my car. It was still awesome and fresh. I'm not saying don't go to Starbucks across the street, but local is Thank you!!

Awesome! I consider myself a bit of a coffee snob and always try straight black drip coffee at a new coffee shop. I feel like this is the best way to tell if a shop is serious about their coffee. There’s no milk or sweetener to cover up the coffee flavor, so drip has to actually be good coffee on it own. Their drip does not disappoint! Rich complex flavor, lighter roast, with just the right amount of acidity. I got a single origin and 16oz is just $2.60. Atmosphere is also great. Quiet and peaceful inside with classical music playing. Do yourself a favor and go here instead of the Starbucks across the corner.

This is a nice place for a cup of coffee and the staff is really friendly. I enjoy coming here.Parking: Grab the first spot you see. There is street parking but you may have to go a block or two over. There’s a paid garage nearby at AHN but street parking is easier.

The most efficient and lovely coffee shop on the corner! A great location, it is only a minute away from the great City of Asylum bookstore, the Alphabet city restaurant and the beautiful Aviary across the street. The interior design was simple, but really heartwarming and nice (exposed bricks, hardwood, SPOTLESS and tall windows). We visited them twice in the two days we stayed in Pittsburgh and had amazing Matcha and lattes. The baristas were really talented and understanding, they didn't add too much syrup to my coffee just like I asked and their breakfast egg sausage and bagel was so amazing I had to go back and get one more. I highly recommend this location!!Dietary restrictions: They are ery Careful about asking you about any allergens that might exist in their food, especially with milk types.Parking: The ally behind the coffee shop and next to it have free parking on the weekends!
