I do not usually write reviews but felt like this time I needed to. I ordered a large custom Buffalo chicken pizza. When I opened the box the cheese was extremely burnt and there was no garlic seasoning on the crust. My girlfriend called to complain and the attitude on the woman who answered the phone was absolutely atrocious. Definitely going to think twice about ordering from here again. Fire whoever it is, I did not get a name and do not want to know her name.

I found the laurel St., Pittston domino store to be very efficient and well-run. The staff both store personnel and drivers to be extremely courteous and punctual with my orders. No complaints at all!

Pizza cheese slid and so did toppings. The stuffed bread was made very oddly to the point the bead was rolled thin and cheese sealed on the bottom of box. Refused to give a refund. I left food to be picked up. I assume they thought I was lying. I called back they said food was not there and there are not insuring a refund. Felicia was very negative and nasty on the phone instead of trying to resolve the issue. I could have even brought it to the store.UPDATE: I CALLED AND SPOKE TO MANAGER THWY SAY THEY PERSONALLY WENT TO PICK UP FOOD AND THAT IT WAS NOT THERE. I RETURNED AND THE FOOD WAS INDEED THERE SO I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. I WILK DEFINITELY NOT BE ORDERING HERE ANYMORE AND NEITHER WILL MY COMPANY!

Could not place my order online because their site would not allow it. So I call (Laurel Plaza location) and place the order by phone. Pizza delivered and left on patio table as requested. I bring it in and it is messed up, 3 pieces folded over and then folded on top of the other 3 pieces. I sent photo to the driver. After work at 9 pm I call the store and get a message that the store is now closed for the holidays so staff can enjoy the holiday. What holiday falls on December 20th while their online information states they are open until 1AM?

Kaylee who is a driver referred me to, Kai who is the manager of the store whom did not help. Advised me to call corporate and was not willing to help with a resolution because my online order would not go through and prompted me to call in. Very nasty and dismissive attitude on the managers part. Customer service was the worst ever and I also work in customer service, lack of willingness to help is the way to lose good customers.

Domino's dropped off an order at my address. (I never ordered anything) the person who did has the exact same address except one town over. I know personally the gps has sent me to their house sometimes. I called the store talked to the manager who was very nice and said keep the order we are already remaking it for the customer. I figured the least I could do is give this store a 5 star review for the free pizza it made our day ?
