Service went smoothly.Calamari was a nice portion and were cooked nicely. Just wish they came with a lemon wedge. The burrata in the salad tasted more like a cream cheese in the center. The chicken piccata was really good. Perfectly cooked veggies. The drinks were well balanced and delicious. Tiramisu was also very good. Just not a fan of the location due to limited parking and that the bathroom for the rooftop dining area are not in the same floor

Came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing and delicious. The food was so good and the service was prompt and amazing. Very nice establishment, great ambiance, nice for a romantic dinner or dinner with friends but I wouldn’t recommend a place for children! This place gives more of an adult vibe.

It was really very nice definitely on the Pierre side. I think we had a new waitress but she was sweet enough. The food was good. We came on a Tuesday night so it wasn’t too busy which was nice. The cocktails were OK. I’ll definitely be back for, the bar
This Valentine’s Day was very special at Rikasa! I was proposed to on the rooftop before my dinner. The staff helped my fiancé plan the entire proposal. From having a violinist and a bottle of champagne ready once I said yes, they helped Kevin make this the most special day!
Very rushed you had to order appetizers and dinners together. Asked for spicy informed no substitutions this was a request. Food not seasoned management cared less 550 spent on dinner that was mediocre!

Dining room experience really good. Food was excellent, server was great. Went upstairs to their speakeasy and stood patiently at the end of the bar while 3 bartenders worked. After 15 minutes of no eye contact or even a hello, I'll be with you in a minute, I walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Nothing worse than bartenders who deliberately will not left their head and pay attention. A shame and a real damper to an otherwise great dinner.

Dined at Rikasa's rooftop back in December. Our server was friendly and helpful with recommendations on an entree. Our group of three enjoyed all of the food ordered. The bartender really hit it out of the park with all of the cocktails - they were all delicious. Highly recommend ending the evening with an espresso martini and crème brûlée.

The food was good, not great. The calamari appetizer was tough, and had hardly any batter. The fish was very good, the shrimp franchise was ok but a bit bittter. I expected much better quality for the price level, which is high end for northeast Pa.

Great dinner. My wife and I split the surf and turf. Steak and lobster were cooked perfectly. I had a Caesar salad and we shared TIramisu both of which were great. The drinks also were excellent. Our friends enjoyed their dinner as well. All in all a great dinner. Good value.
