“What a fantastic dinner experience. From being greeted at the door to serving food. Manager Danielle is a treasure. The food was perfect and if there was a clue that something was not done to our liking, they wanted to take it back and make it perfect. One of the best dining experiences my wife and I have ever had. Thank you to everyone at the Revolution Chop House.”

“I have used Independence Cafe several times for continental breakfast for our staff of 150 people. I can't stress enough how wonderful they are to work with! They came on time and set everything up quickly and beautifully. They returned later and took everything down and it was like they were never there. The quality of the food was fresh and delicious. They brought coffee urns, tea, water, juice, pastries, bagels, spreads, paper goods, etc., even table covers. I am planning a lunch and will be bringing them back with wraps, sandwiches, salads, etc. I have complete confidence that they will be just as amazing for lunch as they are for breakfast. If you're looking for a caterer you can trust to do a great job and you don't have to worry about - this is the place to call. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”
