If I spend almost $10 on two pretzel dogs, is it to much to ask for my pretzel to be cooked? It was so bad that I couldn't even get it out wrap without the pretzel falling apart. First time I ever got this quality food at an Auntie Ann's â€â™‚ï¸
The man working was strange and somewhat rude. The dips coast $1.49 and smelled like spoiled milk. The pretzels were burnt. Avoid this particular Auntie's Anne's restaurant at all cost.

My wife & I just stopped at this rest stop. The manager (blue shirt) waited on my wife. When she asked for a pretzel after waiting behind one couple for 8 mins, he replied “no” and she responded that she would wait for one coming out of the oven. The manager barely worked / helped. The rockstar was Eveleen. Never stopped working and making pretzels and baking em while tending to dough mixer. Rock on Eveleen !!!
