Absolutely fabulous bakery to order a custom cake from! I could not be happier with the cake and outstanding customer service. I shared my vision with Tatiana for a custom graduation cake and she did an excellent job. Our guests were wowed! Croissants, cakes, etc.It’s also great that they support other local bakers by including their goods in their cases.Since there are so many options, you’ll find that they rotate varieties from time to time, so it’s a good idea to follow them on their social media so you can see what they may be featuring.If you see them posting about their Lox-stuffed Everything Croissaint, RUN!!! That is, if you like lox and croissants. ?Their Peruvian chocolate cake is so decadent and delicious.?I’m also a huge fan of their tiramisu. Yummmm…The space is clean and cozy. Catch up with a friend while enjoying something sweet. Or get a little work done while having a coffee and a “I’m doing work” treat.Plus, the people there are great.Parking: The parking lot is right next to the shop. I think around 8 spots available, including handicap parking.
Recently moved from Philly to Bellefonte, this is The coffee/bakeshop feel we missed. Can't go wrong with a homestyle baked good but cakeshop by tati takes their baked goods to the next level. I enjoyed a little injection of Peruvian culture baked goods as well. Next time we'll need to try some of their savory bakes!

We just recently used Cakeshop by Tati for a private dinner event for my mom’s birthday. They worked with us to personalize a menu that worked with our budget which was great! Everything was cooked and prepped beautifully with excellent instructions on how to heat everything back up when it was time to eat. It was an amazing experience, and we got to try completely new foods that we now love! I seriously cannot stop talking about the risotto. If you are looking for an experience type gift I would 100% recommend doing this! I cannot say enough amazing things about how amazing they were to work with!

The Cakeshop is the BEST place around for cakes! Words can't even describe how talented they are! Every cake I have had made has exceeded my expectations! And they taste so good! Moist, flavorful and the icing is perfectly sweet (it doesn't taste like straight sugar). And the customer service is superb! I can't say enough good things about them!
I had the pleasure of working with The Cakeshop by Tati for a wedding held at the Mt. Nittany Overlook Event Center. The cake was beautiful and surrounded by carefully decorated assorted cupcakes. This particular wedding had guests of all ages and Tati's desserts were enjoyed by young and old alike. From a vendor perspective, Tati and her team know what they are doing - arriving on time, items were carefully packaged for transport and then arranged beautifully on-site. I enthusiastically recommend them!

I stayed here for hours working. I got a latte and a filled shortbread cookie, which were both really good. The shop is small, but the arrangements are thoughtful. I bought a picture from the wall before I left as well. Tati makes beautiful cakes as well. If you want coffee, a lovely treat, or a space to work, this is the place.

We love The Cakeshop by Tati! I have not (yet) ordered a cake, but everything I have tried is excellent. Tati's is by far the best place around State College to get croissants and croissant-like pastries. Plus their coffee is great and service is consistently good. I wish there was a franchise of Tati's in Bellefonte so I could walk to get a morning coffee + croissant!
