My recent visit to Dunkin' was a complete letdown. If I could rate it, I'd give it zero stars without hesitation. I don't write a lot of reviews unless it was pretty terrible, this made that list! The bagel I ordered looked more like abstract art than a proper breakfast item, squished into a triangle shape. Are they trying to introduce a new geometric trend or just cutting corners to save costs? It's baffling how something like that could even leave the kitchen and be served to a customer. The egg was bigger than the bagel and falling off as you eat it! It's certainly not ideal for a satisfying meal. The hash browns, apparently, counting to six is a challenge because I only received four. Even the snackin' bacon, their inability to count strikes again. The only consolation was that the coffee was served hot. It's disheartening to spend money on such subpar service and quality. Honestly, it's a complete waste of money. I sincerely hope that Dunkin' reevaluates their standards because the current level of service and quality is simply unacceptable. I will never go back to this location again!!

The employees were very nice! However our coffee was very watery and just didn’t taste good. The bathrooms and dining area were dirty. All the tables had crumbs and paper from the straws on them. We stopped during a road trip to stretch our legs but ended up taking our stuff back on the road since there wasn’t a clean table to sit at. The parking lot was hard to get out of and the handicap parking is right by the drive thru so we were blocked in waiting for the line to move so we could back up.

Bad bad bad. We went through the drive through. I'm very aware that I'm at a C Level institution to begin with. That being said, I thought I'll get a breakfast sandwich. Ordered the dough breakfast sandwich. Extremely dry and plain. Had rye bread instead of sourdough. Cold bacon. Almost no cheese. I also tried a classic glazed donut for old time sake. It tastes like it's old.

Actually, I was a customer in early October 2022. They don't accept SNAP, but the manager gave me an orange juice "on the house". Interior/exterior design welcoming/cheerful. Very clean (including restroom). I'm not really a sweets person, though the orange juice hit the spot on a high temperature Autumn day!11/21/23. Why is the wood female icon on the restroom door headless? It has been this way for quite some time. Most of the employees are women. What does this tell you? You may derive a few clues from some of the photography gracing their walls.

I placed a mobile order for a sourdough breakfast sandwich with sausage and an order of hash browns. I received my sandwich with bacon and cold hash browns that taste like a burnt appliance.

Only leaving a review because this is the second time I have been burned by this place.Just ordered something on Uber eats and the packet was missing one of the items completely and the donut that they put in was not even close to what i ordered. Come on people, either place the correct item in the bag, or refund if the item isn't available.The first time I was burned was in the drive through line. Had to get to work at 10 0'clock, it was 9:25. Went through the line and paid, it was 25 minutes later and I was still waiting in line... got up to the window and they said that they were going to be another 10 mins for the cold brew. I couldn't wait so I just asked for a refund, and the kid they stuck at the window didn't know how the credit card machine worked... I couldn't wait around for them to try and resolve it so I was just out like 4.80 or whatever it costs to get a large cold brew. So yeah... this place doesn't care
