absolutely the best Panera ever! I am under the weather today so I ordered delivery and left my driver instructions to leave my order on my porch because I’m sick. well the amazing employees saw that and left me a free cookie in my bag. so so so very sweet and made my whole day, thank you so much! ♥️
Food was good but I had to remind them about my pumpkin seeds. and I ordered extra so she corrected that. I return to work and see there’s no avocado on my salad (when I paid extra for that too). Next time, I’ll get the same soup and avocado from Walmart which will be correct. Murrysville location is always clean so I’m comparison the store was dirty and especially the glass on the doors at 115pm.

The cashier attempted to wait on the lady behind me first and the lady said, I think she was first. Then while I was ordering, the cashiers cell phone rang in her pocket and she pulled it out and answered it. Then her manager came over and gave her a look like what in the hell are you doing???But the woman who gave me my food was great! She was very kind and told be to be careful out there as we were getting hit with a snow storm.
