Last few times I've ordered ahead on the app for carryout, get there and it's still a 10-15 min. wait before getting my food. Today, I go inside and I see 4 people behind the counter/kitchen area and no one even acknowledges me. It wasn't like there was anyone else there or a drive thru backup either. 1 of the workers was absolutely doing nothing other walking back and forth in the kitchen area. For all the naysayers. These guys work very hard and should be tipped for what they are up against. Short staffed and underpaid. Support your local Wendy’s and say something positive. It’s not easy job

We went in for lunch today and Mellissa helped us. I was with a 100-year old, using a walker and Mellissa offered to help us taking our food to the table and to hold the door as we were leaving. A very caring and compassionate employee towards the elderly. She even gave us free frosties. We will remember her the next time we go back. Thanks, Mellissa!
