Everything was great! Kids were also super happy. Went back twice in 1 week. Excellent service as well. My new favorite restaurant in the Poconos.

I organized a family reunion of roughly 25 people & 1 child. I contacted Murph’s about 3 weeks before to make a dinner reservation for my party at their restaurant. It was a pleasure working with Bianca to organize and plan the dinner at Murph’s. She took special care to help me come up with a limited menu that took into consideration my party’s dietary restrictions and needs. She streamlined the process to ensure we would get our meals at about the same time and everyone would have delicious appetizers & salads to eat while we waited on orders. Once at Murph’s for our reservation, we were taken care of by two fantastic servers— Tammy and Patti. They really took care of our group! Tammy and Patti were so patient and attentive, despite dealing with some unexpected hiccups throughout our meal.I really cannot say enough great things about our dinner at Murph’s. If you’re looking for amazing service and great food — look no further. They really took care of us like we were family.Next time I’m in the Poconos, I will definitely be stopping by Murph’s and hope to run into Bianca, Tammy and Patti again. Thank you guys for taking care of us!Kid-friendliness: One picky 7 year old was pleased with their cheese pizza.

This place is super authentic and the service is above and beyond. The corned beef is excellent in my opinion. 10/10!

What a great and fun place to enjoy good food and drink. Live music weekends. We go here often. Don't miss Prime Rib Thursdays! The owner Murph is a great guy and two of our favorite wait staff, Carol and Hannah, are always happy to see us. We are looking forward to the warmer weather so we can enjoy dining on the huge deck!

What a great little locals place. Food and beverages were priced wonderfully for the portions you got and everything we had was delicious. Staff was polite and friendly, talkative and interacted with the kids. We will definitely be back.!

This place is the best, tasty food with some really good and probably homemade hamburgers and mashed potato’s. They also have to options going to either the bar or the normal area Whitch is really cool. The staff are also so nice and we’re accommodating for my allergies. Just know it’s super expensive and a family of 4 would have to pay about 80$, but it’s worth it!!!Dietary restrictions: I have allergies and the staff were really nice and made sure my food was ok

Fantastic French fries. But that's all the good things I have to say. After waiting 45 minutes for our food we discovered the waitress placed our order incorrectly (wrote down 2 salads instead of a salad and a burger). It took an additional 30 minutes to get the burger. We ordered bay friends that come with ranch. It took me asking 3 times and finally asking another server before it arrived. The caesar salad was worse than the bad take away ones at gas stations. When we finally saw the waitress again to request drink refills she returned with the wrong ones. The playlist ranged from Irish pub songs to Drake to Jonas Brothers. After the painfully slow 1.5 hour lunch full of screw ups, there was no apology or discount on the bill.

Stopped here on the way from PA. From the outside not very impressive and don’t give off a great first impression. However I was incredibly surprised by the food and service we received. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The drinks were as expected but the food was amazing. I had the salmon, which was perfectly cooked and accompanied by seasoned steamed vegetables it was perfect. This place definitely made my top 100 list.

My family ordered from here for take out orderd chicken tenders with fries (5 of them) , Ruben (1 of them) ,chicken marsala (2 of them) ,a rice ball , shepherd's pie ,and a salad. The chicken tenders were burnt, fries were soggy, the corn beef that was on the Ruben was way to tough ( corn beef should not be tough to bite into)& one of the chicken marsala's all you could taste was the wine . We will not be getting food from here again

Irish specialties did not disappoint! Some of the best we've had on this side of the pond. The bourbon raspberry wings were killer and the pretzel reminded me of the ones from Lancaster. The shepherd's pie was chock-full of lamb, beef, and pork. The Guiness beef stew was quite flavorful with the bottom of the crock filled with creamy mashed potatoes. Those bangers were plump and juicy, too. Yum!
