“Simple cafe food that comes out quickly when you have the hangries from the convention or water park. Go to items like chicken tenders, pizza, and giant rice Krispy treats. Hot yummy fries and all the sauces you can think of.”
“On our Family Vacation to Camelback and this cute NY pizza and restaurant caught our eye for dinner. The rice balls were amazing and so was the pizza as well as the seafood dish my son ordered. We decided to try the zeppoli for dessert and this took us back to growing up in Brooklyn and Long Island. Yummy! Definitely worth a visit when you’re craving Italian.Parking: Available right in the front.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids”
“We had the cabbage filling and beef kabob. If you're looking for authentic Eastern European cuisine, you have to try this place!!!! Everything feels like nostalgia and home??? We love you Susan?”
“I have been wanting to stop bye and sample their delightful treats and glad I did, bought some cookies and chocolate cupcakes and a crumb cake slice. The baker/owner was attentive to my requests and made a number of suggestions and placed them in a box for me. When you’re looking to treat yourself after a long day or week look no further!! ENJOY!!!!”
“We got a catering order from Nick's and it was awesome! 4 ft Italian sub was delicious. Antipasta had a great presentation and tasted great. The eggplant parm we ordered I never got to try because everyone was going back for more! Nick and staff were personable and friendly as well! I would definitely order from here again. Thank you for supplying us with great food for my birthday party!”
“Visited there for our first time yesterday, and all I gotta say is, wow?. The boneless wings had flavor and were really good! We drove from NY. Well worth it! If you're around the Poconos and looking for good chicken wings, this is the place.”
“Absolutely blown away by the food! Probably the best restaurant I’ve visited this far. The food was exceptional. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and the chocolate cake. They sat us right next to the water, which I loved! We had an amazing view of the sky turning pink as the sun set. Our waiter was also very sweet and ensured that we were taken care of.”
“We stop here on our way home from Mt. Airy and every time we do, the staff is friendly and helpful. Not to mention their delicious cheesecakes! Pumpkin is my favorite and I can't wait until it's back!”
“His place is amazing. I’m coming here back to back after trying. It’s just as good as the places in New York if not better. I’m now coming to Home Depot all the time just to come by.”
“This was an incredible meal. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Staff was attentive friendly and seemed genuinely happy. Ingredients were as fresh as can be, pita and hummus were outstanding, and Israeli tea was lovely.Go try it for yourself cannot wait to come back and enjoy the outdoor dining when it warms up.”
“Great authentic food and atmosphere. On a trip to Wolf Lodge and we needed to eat something good and healthy. Going back tomorrow as well. Great place to eat!”
“Love, love, love this place! The question should be what don't I recommend and the answer is NOTHING! We stayed at the b&b so had the opportunity to have several breakfasts, plus we ate dinner here a couple evenings. Mark is a fabulous chef with a grasp of fun and tasty food combinations. Breakfasts offerings were from traditional to comfort to just plain fabulous. The dinner menu is compiled weekly by Mark and it makes you want to eat here several times in order to try the various dishes. On separate occasions we had a couple of the lemon cocktails, the fois Gras appetizer, curry soup, sea bass (phenomenal), lobster pasta, prosciutto flat bread, chop and both desserts. Everything was absolutely delicious! We needed a few more nights in order to sample more of the menu! I highly recommend eating here, and if possible on more than one occasion!”
“Planned the weekend getaway for my bf’s birthday in this town, sooooo happy to find this amazing restaurant for his big day.The atmosphere was upscale but very family friendly. Service was great even though it was very busy on a Saturday night. The server tried her best to check with us if everything went OK, I saw her kept running back and forth to the kitchen, and I’m sure the kitchen was super busy as well.Food: they have a great selection of appetizers and we seriously wanted to try all of them, we ordered tonight’s special: salmon tartar. Escargot, seared scallops, foie gras & fried calamari.Salmon tartar: love the sauce, very refreshing and it matched with the salmon so well, it comes with the crispy toasts, it gave the crunchiness from the soft salmon texture.Escargot: it wrapped inside the puff, I personally think it’s too much of the puff or not enough escargot inside. I barely tasted the escargot, I would prefer the traditional escargot dish just with garlic butter.Seared scallops: top notch! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, well done dish! Must have!Foie gras: OMG, full of favors, a lot of favors in a bite that melt in your mouth. Another Must have!Fried calamari : I love they have fried zucchini and jalapeños in it to balance out the texture from the calamari .Main entrees we had risotto, monk fish and chicken masala. Great portion. All main were a bit too salty for us, but still tasted good and we enjoyed them. All of the dishes had great presentation which I enjoyed them and think it’s important.I reserved the table online and wrote down it’s for my bf birthday celebration, they did not forget and bring out the panna cotta at the end with a candle and birthday song. Thank you for the wonderful dinner experience.Kid-friendliness: We came with 3 kids and didn’t have any problems. The server liked my youngest and kept complimenting him.”
“So I went to pick up my food from here I had a catered some empanadas and a beef stew for my son's first birthday I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and being from the islands I also tasted some bacala that they had there which really pleased me as a local business I absolutely support this place and you should too not off of my account but try it for yourself I'm sure you'll be happy with the service you get.”
“Amazing ice cream and Excellent selection. My friends and I came here and went crazy. We stopped by after dinner and I’m so glad we did. They have so many awesome flavors, everyone of which were absolutely delish. The ice cream is made with fresh milk from Mannings farm if I’m not mistaken. Very creamy and definitely tastes fresh. Everything we ordered was good. So much that when we left, right before exiting the parking lot one of us jumped out a moving car (jk) to grab 2 pints to take home. Staff were very friendly and efficient. My banana split was made w love. Compared to NY these prices were fantastic, super worth for what you get and the portions are very generous. Scoops are hefty! An absolute must try, if you’re nearby stop by, periodt. YUM!”
“From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant ambiance that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant's décor is reminiscent of an authentic Puerto Rico experience. But it's the food that truly steals the show. Each dish is skillfully crafted to showcase the rich flavors and diverse culinary traditions of Puerto Rico. The service at El Rincon is equally commendable, with staff members who go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and cared for.In conclusion with its excellent food, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere, it's the perfect destination for anyone seeking authentic Puerto Rican food.Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, simply craving a memorable meal or driving two hours (as we do) a visit to El Rincon is absolutely worth it.”
“The service here is amazing the women who greets you is so awesome. I would come here just for her kindness one of a kind for sure. Great food great bathrooms cash only. Bathroom has very very soft toilet paper which I like alot. Food is reasonably ”
“Honestly needed a actual good seafood place around here. None of that long John's or anything like that.Got some of the catfish and that fish had a nice crunch from the batter and the actual fish just flaked apart. Wonderful flavor. Also enjoying the coleslaw which I'm usually not a fan of.Definitely check this place out! Good food and good vibes!”
“My family decided to visit Caribbean Deck Cafe while we were vacationing in the Poconos. From the moment we walked in, Shaine treated us like family! He allowed us to taste test a few dishes and we enjoyed talking to him about all kinds of things. As for the food itself, it felt like we were at Shaine's backyard barbeque! He kept piling it on and the portions were huge! We tried the curry goat (my favorite, though everything could arguably be considered a favorite!), the oxtail, stew chicken, and jerk chicken - each dish was full of flavor, hot/fresh, and oh so satisfying! The curry goat was seasoned to perfection, the oxtail was meaty and tasty, the stew chicken meat was fall-off-the-bone (see photo), and the spicy homemade jerk sauce was out of this world! Anytime we go to the Poconos, we plan on being back here for sure. The sides consisted of plantains and cabbage, and both paired very well with each meal. Rice options are rice and peas or white rice (rice was delicious). We dined in and appreciated the large plates and overall attentive experience. After our meal, Shaine hooked us up with sweet potato pudding and Hennessy cake on the house! And I must say: Both hit the spot! The sweet potato pudding was like a slice of sweet potato pie with pudding consistency - it was hot and sweet, and it was exactly what I needed after the amazing meal. Hennessy cake gave me rum cake vibes (note: I don't drink alcohol and am far from a connoisseur) and it was also great! We want to thank Shaine for really going above and beyond to take care of our family. The Poconos community is blessed to have him and Caribbean Deck Cafe! Every 5-Star Review is well-earned/well-deserved, and you will NOT regret visiting. Very highly recommended!!!”
“The food was good . Tastes were pretty authentic. The atmosphere was quiet, plain. The services was okay, nothing to brag about, I had to get eye contact of a worker and asked If I could be seated for dune in.. although every worker I've spoken to was nice.I wished they had some sort of music on, it would be better then to be able to hear everyone else conversations around me.Parking: There are plenty of parking”
“New Yorkers bunked at great wolf lodge for our 4 day weekend approved!Definitely the best pizza in town. We ordered pizza and wings, way cheaper (and better) than we found in the resort. Absolutely no complaints. Thanks for your hard work guys. Took time out a busy mommy with kids weekend just to leave this here ✌️ ? ?”
“The waitress was great carried on a good conversation with us the food was very tasty and the price was about averageWheelchair accessibility: It's on the ground floor wide door to get in no stairs”
“BEST place to get a cheesesteak on the mountain (in my opinion)! Not only is Sherry an absolute pleasure to talk to but the food DOES NOT disappoint. My kids love the funnel fries and cheesy bacon ranch fries. The chili cheese fries are a definite go to. I get a cheesesteak loaded (mushrooms, onions and sweet and hot peppers) with mayo and ketchup. Boy is it LOADED and.....OUT OF THIS WORLD. Thank you, Sherry and your crew, for great food!!!!Just a note.....cash only.”
“If the amount of time we spent here is any indication... we loved it! We spent 2 hours exploring the menu and enjoying our couples' time together. The place is very cozy and intimate. They have a retro, warm, inviting decor with a notable single tapered candle surrounded by a glass chimney on the counter. The kitchen is very small but packed with some fun, top-level, modern equipment. We started with a sage tea, a very berry smoothie, lox, and a ham and cheese croissant sandwich with a side salad. Later, we tried a matcha affigato, blueberry muffin, and a vanilla latte to conclude our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will return! There is a spa and inn attached, which we hope to check out in the future! There are about 6 tables outdoors over two separate areas, which would be fun to relax at when the weather is warmer. They were very friendly and welcoming during our extended stay.”
“Vacationing in Poconos with the family and had a taste for tacos. Googled local places and Zacks popped up. Environment lives up to its name, we loved it. Hostess was welcoming and provided us with info on menu. Order came out timely as orders are made fresh. We ate in car to enjoy food warm but they do provide outdoor seating. WORTH IT!!! The food smelled great and tasted even better. Fresh ingredients, crispy nacos/tacos, hand crafted tortillas, tender seasoned meat (I'm drooling typing this). We highly recommend stopping by if in the area, you will not be disappointed. Cash only, but have ATM there.Kid-friendliness: Our kids are picky but ate all their food.”
“we rolled up with a group of 16 for dine-in near closing time during the grand opening. the staff were courteous, the pizza came out really fast and was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend this place!”
“My family and I came here for breakfast because we didnt want to spend another 80$ on the breakfast buffet at Great Wolf Lodge. The Diner is well maintained and the food was beyond expectation. The greater was pleasant the waitress was extremely helpful and the cook was on point. The sweet potato french fries were cooked to perfection and not soggy. My sister had the Greece special and was stuffed. The delicately crisp spinach pie was delicious. I myself had the gyro which was also well made and I could tell the tzatziki sauce was homemade. Very nice. If we come back to the Poconos again I would definitely consider stopping her again.”
“Angie was my server and she’s such a good time very sweet and knows how to hold a conversation! The food was amazing too very filling and the place is not too loud!”
