“Amazing ice cream and Excellent selection.My friends and I came here and went crazy. We stopped by after dinner and I’m so glad we did. They have so many awesome flavors, everyone of which were absolutely delish. The ice cream is made with fresh milk from Mannings farm if I’m not mistaken. Very creamy and definitely tastes fresh. Everything we ordered was good. So much that when we left, right before exiting the parking lot one of us jumped out a moving car (jk) to grab 2 pints to take home. Staff were very friendly and efficient. My banana split was made w love. Compared to NY these prices were fantastic, super worth for what you get and the portions are very generous. Scoops are hefty! An absolute must try, if you’re nearby stop by, periodt. YUM!“

“I just had the best chili, cheese, and onion hot dog I've had in the poconos! I didn't get a picture of it because I was too busy shoveling it in my mouth!i also got a vanilla ice cream cone in the picture. Super nice service! Girls are lovely! “Located in the Candle Shop off of Rte 611. You wander through the store and the specialty sections until you get to the food, wine, and candy section. Old style tubs of candy in serve yourself style. Includes candies from Europe. Candles galore of all scents. We return here once or twice every year.“

“Omg...I am not someone who cares for sweets but let me share this.... I had a gelati for the very first time in my life.. and omg it was absolutely delicious. It's a mixture of Italian ice and custard layered in a cup. I opted for the mango (they call it water ice..I call it slushie) with the vanilla custard. It wasn't too sweet and very flavorful. The mango slushie didn't have that mango flavored syrup taste... it wasn't an authentic flavor but for some reason it just didn't matter.. it was that good. The vanilla custard had a delicate texture... smooth creamy and the perfect consistency.. the two together was a perfect match...I wonder if all gelati are created equal!!! I'm going to try it from another creamery... which appear to be popular in these neck of the woods. If you are up this way, definitely try Rita's.. if you don't mind the wait...cause long lines are normal I was told by a local.“
