Not sure what the problem is here. Might be management. 6 people in line at 6pm and there’s an employee on his cell talking to someone. It’s always backed up. Drive thru is crazy. It’s a shame. BK is the best out of all the fast foods. This one just isn’t run well. I walked out after 15 minutes of waiting just to order a burger.

DO NOT COME HERE! We Came either 3/4 Or 3/5 ( Cant remember sorry) in the evening at around 6:30 -7:30 . Maybe 1 Or 2 of the employees get 5 stars, they are super friendly and helpful. Sadly cant say the same for the others though! First My husband went into the bathroom and saw one of the male employees NOT WASH HIS HANDS after going #2 !!! Second there are a bunch of employees and customers that look like drug addicts, Some employees just look unkempt and have a frown on their faces. If you dont like ur job then GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE! We ordered whoppers and some cheese bite thingys, when we got home we took about 2 bites of our food and immediately realized that the food tasted off, old, and had an odd smell! THATS STRIKE 3 And im deleting my BK App for good.

We went to the high street location, they did not get our order right, the woman with dark hair and Her nose pierced was incredibly rude, As we were trying to ask for the items that they screwed up, she refused to even offer to help us or even apologize for the mess up. 0/10 do not recommend going to this location, when they make a mistake, they do nothing to make it right for the customer.

Burger King is by far the BEST fast food. The prices aren't bad but I know I'm getting my monies worth. It saddens me everytime I hear of, or see on close down. Rock on BK, im loveing you!!

I’m getting really tired of ordering my food customized due to intolerance issues, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. My order gets messed up. How hard is “no onions”? On top of orders always being messed up, the staff is wholey unfriendly (aside from the lovely lady with the fun hair in the drive through, she’s always sweet) but the rest of the staff looks like they just finished with some hard drugs (which may explain the horrible quality of food). What’s worse is that on multiple occasions, I have sat at their speaker for at least 20 minutes without any word from an employee even though I’m the only one there. This is getting embarrassing for such a large corporation.

On Dec. 26th I celebrated my Grandson's 1st Birthday at this Burger King location. It was a great experience for the guests and my Grandson. Great atmosphere and service. Definitely plan on having an event there in the future.

Ordered food on the mobile app, waited for an hour to receive my food, understandable a little while because it was very busy. BUT… after waiting over and hour they gave away my food and even with a recipe from my mobile order they denied me. and then waited another 15 minutes, until they said “no food, no service, if you don’t have a code.” when i clearly had a code. smh disappointed. i always get food from here at least 2x a month, and this is the first time this happened.
Food was cold didn't bother to change it Was only here to bring Granddaughter for indoor playground and lunch she likes chicken fries but they were cold she didn't eat themKid-friendliness: My Granddaughter loves the indoor playground
