There is a group of us from Christ Episcopal Church that goes to Coventry parlor every Sunday after church. the group varies from 4 to 8 people. We call ahead of time to let them know we’re coming and they always have a table ready for us. Food is great. Staff is wonderful. Austin goes out of the way to make people feel comfortable.

A charming ice cream parlor and diner. This local institution exudes charm and is 1.3 light years from any modern chain.

Came from out of town and stopped in for some ice cream, ended up leaving appalled. Undertrained staff, gross health violations, and poor customer service. Will not be recommending this place to fellow

Coventry Parlor is a local join that is very popular in the summer for ice cream and has great breakfasts and lunches year round. Prices are competitive, with most items falling between $8-$12 for lunch. Breakfast is nice here and was quiet when I’ve come. Lunch was busy around 12:30 on a Friday. I didn’t have to wait too much even during a busy time however. I’d recommend coming here for a cone on a hot day or breakfast. Closed Mondays.Parking: May be hard to find a spot during peak hours.
I loved this place until today, when I was called a liar by their grill cook!I ordered a turkey sandwich and it didn’t come with any turkey. Also, I was charged for onions that I never even ordered. My goodness, I should have taken a picture. We were regulars there coming once or twice a week. They lost me as a customer.

The ice cream was good but my second scoop was the size of a golf ball. ☹️

Kids running the store... closed 15-10 minutes before the posted hours... very disappointed and wouldn't let us in, even though the open signs were on. This was on 9/23. An older gentleman was trying to get ice cream as well and still would not open.

Great ice cream! Popular place on the weekends and week day nights. Small place so expect some wait but the line moves fast. Ice cream, shakes and food are worth the wait!!
