The is our Favorite Place to go and eat. The employees are awesome.. They are always busy, but still take care of there customers and also take time to stop & check on us to see if everything is ok.I would differently suggest the restaurant to family and friends.
Ordered delivery for ice cream and of course received none tried to call and no one would answer the phone. I just wanted to know if they sent it or not. Never use Grubhub they mess up every order. The driver was obviously lost didn’t contact me or deliver to where I specified and got tipped for it. The chicken fingers were tiny and dry the fries soggy and everything was cold the burger my friend had was a where’s the beef got a double and it looked like a single.

It depends on who's working inside in how good your order is going to be! Which is terrible! We live close by so my hubby and I will walk with our son here to get some milkshakes or blizzard, but quite a few times we had to have them make them again because they were melted already and not thick, how they advertised or how they should be! It's like they sit out for an hour before serving, not very refreshing. So we've been steering away from here lately

We really didn't go inside we went through the drive-thru. Got some burgers and a couple of blizzards. The staff was very polite.
The store is ran by kids, she literally didn't even wanna get me a side of ranch, I ordered NO BACON and still got it on there had to send it back, didn't give me a cup for my drink, over all terrible experience, I used to come here in highschool in 2018 and now this is what it is.

Well I used to love DQ as I used to call it cause it was something spectacular to see a nicely made cone of ice cream with that iconic swirl at the top but as I aged and realized that it wasn't about the swirl it was about the quality and quantity of ice cream that I received even ditched the swirl at the top to get it in a cup so I could eat and drive and enjoy one of my favorite treats but sadly they failed me now just like swirl disappearing from the top of the ice cream I to shall disappear from the queen establishment forever I got charged 10$ plus for 2 things my all time fav which is just some basic ice cream I could prob do at home and a smaller version of the same thing for my wife she got a small dish of twist with sprinkles I got a large cone in a dish with sprinkles and it was the exact same size as hers and get this barely any sprinkles on the ice cream to constitute a 1$ price hike per ice cream make it right or I'm jumping ship to any other creamery that deserves my business.

Thank you for your reply, do you have an email that I can contact you to talk about this further?This is a poorly managed fast food establishment. Orders are constantly wrong, customer service is hit or miss. The last time they messed up my daughters order, the company sent her a gift card, only for an extremely rude cashier to tell us they don’t accept Dairy Queen gift cards which makes absolutely no sense.My order today was wrong, the young cashier was extremely nice, but one thing she did was take my order back and tried to fix it. A manager was right behind her watching said nothing. If you work in food you know that is a no go. I don’t expect a 16 yr old to know this, she was just trying to help, but a servsafe certified manager shouldn’t allow it. Now I’m out of money again.
