Kinda like Panda express whic I really preferfor the pre-fab ready meal style cafeteria. One of only two vendors surviving in the food court at the Outlets. We apporached after 7:30 and since they close at 8 half the steam trays were already disassembled and taken back to clean up for the night. Unfortunately, they were totally out of lo mein when we got in the line. I was OK with fried rice only option. However, a customer behind me became very agitated when she arrived and found lo mein bin empty. She kept asking how soon it would be ready, and she huffed and left when she didn't get the answer she liked. I figured she must've been on a short lunch break. Go figure?!
