We’re to have a table of 8, set up early afternoon for 4:30. Did the text when arrived. Told 5 minutes, checked inside 10 minutes later told not until table is ready even offered to take 2 tables of 4. 20 minutes later they say they don’t know when will have a table. We left!!

Surprisingly good for a steakhouse chain. Usually they suck for one reason or another. This place we go back to. 4/12/2024 Update. Last visit wasn't so hot. It's not the same quality anymore.

I had the sirloin cooked as ordered to medium rare but the absolute most tough steak I have eaten in my life! I had to spit it out bite after bite because I could not get it chewed enough to actually swallow it :/ I would have sent it back but we already had to send one entree back due to the amount of OVERseasoning. For the other steaks, we had to scrape it off …thats how thick the seasonings were. The shrimp and rib entrees were fine. The lobster tail was undercooked. Service was eh… wont be going back. At well over $30 per meal, it should just be better.

We had a great experience for my birthday dinner at longhorn. Everything was phenomenal. The food is just literally my favorite. I've never had a bad meal there. Our waitress (Erica) was professional, kind, and considerate. We had an awesome time and will be back again and again!!

Always great steak. Would be 5 stars except 1. You have to butter your bread with a steak knife and the butter crumbles. Need a butter knife. 2. DITCH THE STUPID SALT GRINDER/SHAKER!!! You can't see if it's coming out or not and you can't test it because you need 2 freakin' hands to use it. And NO ONE comes there because you use sea salt. Reg salt shaker please. Thanks for letting me vent... ?

My shrimp meal was good and service was excellent. But my friend had the Buttermilk chicken sandwich and it was so salty she couldn't eat it. That was our only complaint. Otherwise, good meal.

I wish I could have gotten our waitress name. We were a party of five for an early dinner around 3:30. Our waitress was a black maybe Spanish I’m not sure.. but she had beautiful braids that had red in them. She was so excellent. Before we even ask she was like… do you need more dressing? Do you need this/ that. We had a special needs person with us and she was so attentive to her needs. I actually remember her from a previous encounter there and she was the same. I hope longhorns appreciates this young lady because she is truly a gem.
