Tried something different on the menu tonight, settled on Grumpy Grandpa pizza with pepperoni. Picked up for take out, and such a great choice. We both loved it and now have another top choice from Mike’s, to go along with the Boardwalk pizza. Don’t be afraid to check it out for yourself.

Got an email this morning mentioning a flash sale. Quickly ordered 2 of the large heart shaped deep dish pizzas with sausage and 24 of the .60 cent wings. Never had Mikes wings before . They were meaty and delicious and for .60 cents a piece it was a bargain. The deep dish pizza was also delicious . Thanks Mike, Shannon and staff for the great service and food.

Mike's Brick Oven Pizza catered an event for me yesterday. Their 3 cheese penne pasta, ziti, wraps, sandwiches, and all of the sides were amazing! Mike and Shannon were great to work with from ordering to set up and clean up. I highly recommend them.

I am disappointed with my experience at this pizza shop as I encountered a significant issue with my order. Unfortunately, I found insects on my pizza, making it inedible and I threw it away. Despite my efforts to bring the problem to their attention and seek a refund, the manager declined, insisting on having a picture as evidence, which was impossible as I had already thrown away the pizza. This, coupled with what I observed as absolutely horrible customer service, a less-than-clean restaurant/kitchen environment, and low-quality food, has led me to decide not to order from this restaurant again.

Just spent an hour trying to order my family dinner. I was put in hold 5 times, hung up on 4 times. Then, tried to order online for pick up... But they won't accept that order without payment. I don't wish to pay online if I have coupons or gift cards. I'm done messing with them. Just order somewhere else... Smh

Your getting trouble in your customer service. I called was placed on hold for 10 mins. I hung up called back and again 10 mins on hold. I called back a 3rd time only to be placed on hold yet again. I think I'll just start ordering elsewhere. We definitely order at least 3 times a week here but will take our business elsewhere.

The food is good, but I'd advise against delivery. One time, I ordered and paid for 2 slices of pepperoni pizza, and I received 1 cheese slice and 1 pepperoni slice. This time, I ordered a 2 liter of soda, and I received the wrong flavor, and it's a flavor I won't drink.
