Another outstanding dinner and movie event. It is always a fun way to sample an unexpected and unique menu designed around the movie theme. If you haven't tried a dinner and movie event yet - stop waiting and try it. We have been dining at Stave and Stable since they opened - we love everything about it. The guest experience, menu and various dining options are amazing.

Attentive staff, cozy atmosphere and outstanding food. Dining at Stave and Stables was an absolute pleasure. I could rave all night about the flavor pairings and the delicate touches added to every dish. Tell a friend, this place will put Pottstown on the map.

First the good - Small cozy place maybe 6 tables in the front the atmosphere was very much reminiscent of having diner at a friends house the food was absolutely amazing I had the duck and it was transcended. The only reason this restaurant didn’t get one star is because of amazing the meal wasNow the bad - service was slow maybe took 20 min to take are drink order me and my wife were the youngest in there by 20 years and we’re definitely treated as such. was expecting so much more in the hospitality department for a slow Sunday.Update i was told at 1 am last night via text that I just “ uncomfortable in the upper echelon dining environment.”meal total for me and my wife was 160 + tip

An amazing experience! We had heard about Stave and Stable for nearly a year. We finally decided to go. We joined Stave and Stable for their famous “tapas night”. This was themed with Hungarian Cuisine. Both our server Annette and the manager Conrad were so knowledgeable about the dishes. We decided to try one of each (more than enough food for two people). They coursed out the meal and little by little the dishes came. As they came out, Conrad was helping walk us through what was in the dish and where the inspiration came from. I could not be more satisfied with the food and atmosphere of this place. I would recommend to anyone who want not only a great meal but an experience as well!

A cute little place in Pottstown. We had some signature cocktails which were yummy. As an app, we got the French Tartine. What a great start with the warm brie layered with pears. I ordered the duck. I love duck and this is definitely one of my top 5. My only disappointment was the grits. I have never been a fan of them and even with cheese on them, I still don't like them. Lastly my friend got the risotto and she couldn't stop raving about it. I have to return with my husband who is my ultimate food critic.

My wife and I ate there on March 16th. On a whim, I googled "fine dining Pottstown". Stave and Stable popped up. It looked promising so I booked the reservation. It is a small venue. The main dining area seats about twenty guests, and there is an overflow area which seems cramped. I recommend the main dining area if you can get it. Ambience-wise, it is rustic and quaint. The staff in the dining area was comprised of a bartender and a hostess/waitress named Gwen. Both women could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Gwen was great providing food suggestions and was mindful not to rush our time. My wife and I both tried one of their signature cocktails which was a pear and ginger martini. It was a bit sweet for my palate but I have no regret either. We ordered the French charcuterie board which had a nice assortment of meats, cheeses and apricots. It was beautifully plated and actually a good amount of food for two people. Very good. For the entree, my wife ordered the sea bass and I ordered the duck. I'm not a fan of duck but the chef had won an award at some world competition so I wanted to try it. There was a fair amount of time between the appetizer and the main course. Both dishes were beautiful presentations. I have subsequently found reviews on facebook and I can confirm that my meal, the duck, was lukewarm at best. I don't know if the dish was waiting and our waitress didn't want to rush us, or if the components of the dish were prepared and waiting for the duck to be done. I'm not a complainer by nature and I didn't say anything. Perhaps I should have. It is less appetizing when the food is cool. Both the duck and the fish were cooked perfectly. I tried a piece of the fish and it was delicious - maybe better than the duck. I think the problem with the temperature can be easily resolved but someone needs to listen to these reviews. For dessert, we were both pretty full and contemplating skipping it but my wife was intrigued by the poached pear offering so we split it. It was ok. It isn't my idea of dessert but it wasn't bad or too rich for when you're approaching being too full. The restaurant hosts some interesting tapas events and they change the menu seasonally so we will be back. I hope they can fix the minor issues like entree temperature.

Made a reservation here for the exotic tapas night, and it did not disappoint! Got to enjoy Uni, Goose barnacles, frog legs, yak sliders, mullet bottarga pasta, ostrich, kangaroo sausage, and lotus root! It was such a fun and exciting experience! The restaurant itself is very cozy and has intriguing decor. The staff are excellent at providing great service. I plan on coming back soon. Would highly recommend!Parking: Free street parking after 6pm, paid lots nearby

We love Stave and Stable and it has quickly become our Thursday date night locale. To start- the tapas tasting menus are creative, thoughtfully curated and Annette and Conrad are always ready to answer any questions. I love to start with the bourbon cherry sour and these days my husband is a big fan of their recommended reds so we usually get a bottle for the table. Between Swedish and Croatian tapas we are always left feeling like we've had a unique dining experience and these nights pricing is reasonable given the high quality of each dish. We recently brought friends to Stave for a birthday and I ordered the fillet from the main menu and have to say it was so well prepared they may have ruined me for eating filet anywhere else. I highly recommend trying one of their special event nights to experience what Stave and Stable is all about and keep them in mind for special events. Thank you Annette and Conrad for your impeccable service and special dining experience.

Solid drinks, friendly service, descent food. The sliders for an appetizer were the star of the night but nothing we ordered disappointed

Can't say enough about the team at Stave and Stable. The dinner was terrific. We had a charcuterie board that a variety of fresh and interesting cheeses and meats. My wife's chicken as well as my duck were excellent. The drinks were also really well made. As good as the food was, the service is even better. We can't wait to go back

Recently moved to the area and I can’t express enough how much my boyfriend and I love this place - I actually took my boss here for a nice dinner as well. Been here about 8 times so far - we are food/ drink people and I couldn’t recommend Stave and Stable more. Awesome food / drink / atmosphere/ services. 5 out of 5 !

Amazing dinner last night. Great drinks and it was awesome that they had a decent mocktail list for my very pregnant wife. I got the Elk which blew me away and my wife had the very delicious duck plate. Two thumbs up.
