0 stars. They messed up my order and forgot half of our food. Never go to the Wendy's in Pottstown PA. This is also not the first time they have done this. They charged us more for the mistake. When I say never I mean never! It's a big fat scam. Please don't go there, for your own good. Don't go! Our sandwich was half eaten. We didn't even order that kinda sandwich. Never go there. I'd do a 0 star if I could. We ordered a 6 peace nugget and got 4. One had a bite taken out of it. It's so disgusting!

The description on the Wendy’s website for this sandwich reads as follows: “ A half-pound* of fresh British beef, American cheese, 6 pieces of crispy Applewood smoked bacon, ketchup, and mayo. Carnivores rejoice!” I confronted the cashier and showed her my sandwich which had one patty and one and a half slices of bacon. I asked why I didn’t have two patty’s and more bacon and she replied: “if I wanted like the picture, you have to ask for it that way”. And sent me on my way.
