Food was pretty good, however my sauce covered pasta dish had shrimp with the tails still on it. I almost choked on a shrimp tail because the cook is to lazy, or to stupid to take a non editable shell out of a sauce dish.The hallway when you enter smells musky and old. The decor is very dated.The service is lacking and provided by a mundane staff.I doubt I would eat there again.

I worked there myself for the holiday season for some extra cash (as a dishwasher) at first it wasn't bad but they didn't pay me for 3 weeks had to keep reminding them, I sadly found out that after I left when I gave more than a 2 weeks notice, they made a lie about me saying I just randomly never showed up and I was pretty upset but it's whatever, someone else I know who recently worked there also didn't get payed for 3 weeks but now they won't pay her and I'm told they are pretending to not know her and not pay her. Maybe the boss actually has bad memory I don't know but that's in the past now.

We have been going to the Blu for years, specifically for the Easter buffet and it has never been a great experience. Every year the service is lacking. The food is fine but never great. We continue to go back because our family is large and spread out and the restaurant is centrally located and open on the holiday. But never again.The service is awful every single year. Slow, inattentive. Last year we waited 25 minutes for a set of clean flatware and a carafe of coffee. This year, we didn’t even get our drinks until after we had already eaten and even then it was because we served them to ourselves. And the restaurant was not even 1/2 full and had just opened.I hate leaving negative reviews but this has been many, many years of spending $500 for brunch for just a terrible experience.

We haven't been there for a while for no particular reason. From the time I called for a reservation, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was busy but service and food was very good. We met Michelle and she was very gracious. The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 is because it's a little dated, but it's cozy and friendly. We will definitely return.

Nice place, beautiful fireplace was burning on the cold winter night. Clean, friendly staff, little dated, was very crowded, we waited a little before we got our food. The food was very good. Great parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, I think so. They have handicap parking.

Recently celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary here. Party of nine total, with three kids. (Teens and one pre-teen.) All the food was incredible, from apps and salads to everyone's main dish. The service was second to none. We were there for about four hours and not once did we feel rushed. Highest recommendation possible.
