I got up to the window to pay and receive my food and they couldn’t even get the card to go through and told me my card wasn’t working which I think was a lie. Very uncomfortable experience?

Food was good, service was quick. HOWEVER within the span of 5 minutes MULTIPLE staff kept taking pictures of us eating! ? I don't mean a general shot of the whole dining area. I mean one guy walked up to each table one by one taking pictures of all of us while not saying anything to us. Do not eat here unless you are comfortable with them profiting off photos of you eating for their "marketing and social media."

I used to live in NC so I was excited when Bojangles came to Quakertown since it's like a quarter mile from my job. I have been there like 5 times since it came and it's usually been okay. I asked for light mayo and I swear, the staff there must really hate their jobs/lives because they put like the most amount of mayo I have ever seen on this sandwich. Completely disgusting.

Insipid stale food, horrible customer service. If you want insects in your gravy go here! The “manager “ is a pathetic joke he shouldn’t be a janitor either, discussed me in spanish, refused to sell me a large order after i called to confirm availability , CARLOS LOPEZ JR -(tatooted, covered in piercings, dirty clothes)is a horrible representation of what a manager should be! I would rather drive to Reading !

No complaints on the food, but the guy at the drive through was the rudest person I have ever dealt with in any fast food restaurant.Oh by the way, they got my order wrong. Goes to show they really don’t care for you and your money.
Great Taste of the South remember seeing these down in Georgia now we have one in PA that's pretty cool Cheerwine on tap there as well another southern staple. The sweetie pies are delicious.

I’m very unsatisfied with my experience. I got the vegetarian option that comes with 4 sides. I told the cashier I do not eat meat and he recommended what I had gotten. I got double fries, mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. He also said it would automatically come with a biscuit. The food came out so I opened the box, and I received gravy on my mashed potatoes. I then told the cashier and he had the cook remake it but she looked at me and rolled her eyes. We also never received the biscuit. I was just very disappointed. Especially when I ordered a vegetarian meal and received attitude and a dirty look for simply asking for my meal to be remade due to them messing up.

I currently live in NJ and when I found out there was a Bojangles 1.5hrs away I was too happy only to be let down by the Customer Service especially from the rude Hispanic manager with all the “dark” tattoos on his body. We ordered chicken biscuits and was given sausage biscuits. We explained we don’t eat pork and would have never ordered that. He refused to acknowledge his mistake. If this owner doesn’t get rid of this poor excuse this place won’t last long.
